Hotel vicino a Heritage Woods - Chicago

“The room I booked was not available. In order to get a king bad I needed to downgrade to a standard room next to the elevator and was still charged the premium room price. Staff has. I cares not show any enthusiasm when approached. I’ve had better stays at a Best Western along the highway than this so called upscale hotel in downtown Naperville.”

“Kitchen staff was excellent that would include omelet station team. Room was not clean There was a waiting period of 60 minutes for my requested room. Trash was not removed I will not be returning to this hotel I checked out a day early.”

“Bare necessities. No refrigerator or microwave. No furnishings other than a very simple small table and 2 wooden chairs. No tissues. No foodservice other than vending machines. Only insight into cleanliness was a live bug crawling across the floor.”
