“They said they had a pool which is why we booked the place but they lied. No pool available, which I needed for my hip therapy, now my hip hurts like heck. Thanks for that. ”

“This hotel is a company favorite as it is close to our world HQ. But we do have many choices. Over the last 10 years the owners have worked hard to keep the Hilton promise. I’ve never had an issue that wasn’t addressed immediately and with earnest commitment. I feel like my business is valued. ”

“Stay was mediocre. Property could use some maintenance in the parking lot and room updates. Pull out couch wasn’t comfortable at all, no trash bags in the bins, shower itself was older and had a crack in it. Staff was very nice though. ”

Unfortunately my reservation was at Holiday Inn but I was unaware of it because no confirmation email was sent .
