Perfect Experience in Drumheller
The house was elegantly decorated with dinosaurs everywhere. It gave the whole house a fun vibe that went well with the theme of the town. The location is close enough to town and the museum. The restaurant next door was great too! Would highly recommend this place. The host also posted back items we had left behind and was quick in responding to to all my questions and requests.

Nice Home
Enjoyed our 1 night stay. The house is as described and the kitchen has all the necessary items. Beds are comfortable. Enjoyed quiet time in the afternoon on the sunny front deck. We would definitely rent this home again.

Was very good, good location. A few things could have made it excellent. Main bathroom power outlet did not work, and no mirror in the king bedroom to aid in using blowdryer. No towel rack in onsuite bathroom. May be trivial to some, but boxes of kleenex would have been great. Side note, the art work in the place was great, quite unique.

Very comfortable and clean
Jesse was a great host and very easy/quick to communicate with. We were two couples and the home was very comfortable and well laid out and equipped with what we needed. We recommend this as a great place to enjoy.

Great Little Getaway
Hoodoo Hideout was exactly as advertised and it fit our needs perfectly. The location was easy to find and the neighborhood was very quiet. Relaxing on the deck with a glass of wine was the perfect way to end our busy days. The house was very clean, well equipped and the beds were comfortable. We would absolutely stay again and recommend to friends.

Spacious, Comfortable & Clean
The Hoodoo Hideout was the perfect property for our family's three night stay. The bedrooms, living room, and kitchen were all very spacious and had all the extras we needed, and more! The property was clean and the linens were soft and not worn. We enjoyed the deck, lawn, and garden space in the evenings after it cooled down. The check in and out process was easy to follow and understand. We really appreciated the little touches at the Hoodoo Hideout. From the books, games, and toys, to the available coffee supplies, property manual, and welcome sign. Jesse was a great host and we look forward to coming back!

The house was easy to find and very clean. It was a good price for the area & comfortable - although the $70 property cost on top of the advertised price was a surprise. It is spacious and has what you need, I would have been happy to stay a few more days. The 10 am check out after just one night felt too early. There is a basement tenant which was also a surprise.

A very welcoming stay
We really enjoyed our stay at the Hoodoo hideout. The house was clean and well maintained and stocked. As we were travelling with a 2 year old we really appreciated all the dinosaurs toys and stuffies. He really loved them and had a hard time leaving them. There ensuite shower wasn’t working but there was a nice note to say it was being repaired. The main bedrooms bed was super comfortable. We slept great. Overall we were very happy with our stay. The house was quite and we felt at home staying there. The welcome sign added a nice personal touch to the stay.

Cute and very clean!
This was our second time staying at this property. Again, it was very clean, the beds are comfortable, kitchen is well stocked. There are lots of toys and books for our child to play with, such a nice touch. Perfect small fenced yard for bringing our dogs!

Quiet and Clean home
This little house was a perfect weekend escape for our small family of three. It was very clean and had all the amenities for a convenient stay away from home. The beds were very comfortable and there was a delicious Indian Food Restaurant down the street.

Rendezvous with friends
We met friends from another city for an impromptu rendezvous over two days. The accommodation was perfect: good sized kitchen for us to cook our meals, two well-appointed bedrooms and bathrooms, comfortable south-facing deck, quiet neighbourhood and easy to find. Highly recommend Hoodoo Hideout.

Large beautiful home. Absolutely immaculate condition and spotless. A large TV in every room, and everything was in working order. Much better than staying in a hotel.

Jesse’s place is wonderful - perfectly curated with little dino touches everywhere, impeccably clean and roomy. We really enjoyed our time here. The home is bright and spacious, the kitchen and bathrooms very well appointed and the bedrooms really comfy. We’d definitely stay again

Bath fan a little noisy. Comfortable beds. Loved the dinosaur stuff around the different rooms. Well stocked with coffee, sugar and condiments that make it a great place to stay.

Excellent Family Accommodations
The house was clean and had every amenity we needed! The toys were a great touch and our kids loved playing with them. Beds were comfy, water was hot and overall was a great place to stay with our young family. The host was also easy to get a hold of if any issues arose.

Great house, great location, great decorations
We were looking for a place that would allow us to visit Drumheller with our dog and young son and the Hoodoo Hideout was just want we were looking for. We were in town for the Tyrell and all things dinosaur, and the Hoodoo Hideout started things of right. My son loved the dino decorations, books and toys to play with and my wife and I really appreciated the personal welcome. The house was clean, well decorated/supplied, conveniently located and pretty much perfect foe what we were looking for. This was our first Vrbo rental but won't be the last. Goodbye hotels!

Dino-mite Stay!
Fantastic accommodations. Without question, one of the best Vrbo stays we’ve had. Cleaning was top notch - something we’re quite picky about. House was comfortable for our family of 4. It was so nice to put the kids to bed and enjoy a movie on the couch. My kids loved the bucket of dinosaurs and toys - an added perk that most Vrbo’s don’t supply. Beds were super comfy. Good pressure for the showers. Never heard a thing from the downstairs tenant. If you’re passing through Drumheller, highly recommend The Hoodoo Hideout for your stay

Great house and location!
Spent one night. House is super clean well stocked. Took advantage of the front yard and deck and had before dinner cocktails. Walked 2 doors down to get take out from Sam’s. Authee we noticed Indian. Outstanding. Walked to the river after dinner. Park very close by (3 blocks). This VRBO is so much better than a hotel. Jesse is a wonderful host. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Our first time staying at a property like this and we fully enjoyed it. If I had to pick staying at a luxury hotel or the Hoodoo Hideout it would be the Hideout hands down. We would and probably will stay there again in the near future. It was a great experience.

A fantastic stay!
Very well thought out layout, spacious, clean and comfortable. We very much enjoyed our stay. Great location, close to parks, trails, and short drive to downtown. And Jesse was very accommodating and easy to talk to. Highly recommend, we will be back!

DRUMHELLER BUCKET LIST
We loved our stay in Drumheller. I loved all the little dino decorations. The beds were clean and comfortable. The wash rooms clean. All the appliances we used were in order. We were not there much as we had so much to fit in in a few days. The dogs did bark a couple of times. It didnt bother my husband and I but our friends were not as use to dogs so remarked on it. I would reccommend this place and will tell everyone about it. Karen

A great place to stay in Drumheller!
This is a nice, bright and clean 2 bedroom apartment in the house. We had a pleasant 4 night stay here. It was perfect for our family with a young child. We felt like home, at the same time we explored new places around Drumheller. There is a plenty of things to do, if you like hiking, walking, observing rock formations and discovering the world the dinosaurs once roamed. After a long day of exploring, we were ready to cuddle on the couch to watch a nice kids movie. We loved it here.

Super cute home
Such a little gem in Drumheller! Exactly as pictured. Well maintained, very clean. Absolutely loved all of the little touches, there were Xmas decorations throughout the home. Perfect for our trip with our two and a half year old. Tons of toys and books! So nice to have these provided at the property. Also, so perfect for bringing our dogs, a little fenced yard out front so that we could just let them out the front door and allow them to do their business. Seriously, such a gem!! Don’t hesitate, just book it!! The only negative (sort of), is that there is a tenant in the basement. Our two year old son had a rough night sleeping the first night and woke up crying and wouldn’t sleep. I felt a lot of pressure to keep him quiet as not to disturb the down stairs tenants. Otherwise the tenant was no issue at all, barey knew they were even there.

I liked that they left a note informing us of an abundance of maple bugs and that they are just a nuisance. What I didn't like, and this is not a reflection on the property, was that the bar just down the road a bit was not open for us to play pool. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would stay again!

A great home base for dinosaur adventures!
The Hoodoo Hideout was amazing! We were travelling with a toddler and the host thought of everything - there was a basket of dinosaur toys waiting at the door, a basket full of books, and a dinosaur playmat. Our toddler can't wait to go back to "the dinosaur house". There is also a great playground just down the block, which was a fun morning adventure. For the adults, the beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the living room was really comfortable. And Netflix was all set up and ready to go! We'll definitely be back.

Exceptional Value for Family Friendly Stay
Our group was made up of two couples and one toddler. The property easily met all of our needs. The kitchen really did have everything we could have needed for cooking our meals. The décor and other touches such as the dinosaur toys were above and beyond what we expected. This is a very good quality stay! The location turned out to be great. Very short driving distances to recreation areas, parks, and the brewery area. Drumheller is an easy city to get around so nothing felt far. Temperatures were as high as 37 degrees during our stay but the A/C kept things comfortable inside.
