Carino e pulito, ma.. il mare non si vede più!
La cosa principale da raccontare è che circa 3 mesi fa il governo di Dubai ha iniziato i lavori per costruire un nuovo canale, dal mare alla città. Il Regent Beach, benché veramente di fronte alla bellissima spiaggia bianca con mare turchese, è rimasto fortemente penalizzato: alte e invalicabili transenne edilizie nascondono per circa 1 chilometro, come un orrido paravento, la vista mare. E nel lungo tratto dove sono in corso i lavori non è più possibile andare in spiaggia. L'albergo ha organizzato un servizio shuttle gratuito per i suoi ospiti, in modo che possano andare e tornare agevolmente nell' area balneabile più vicina, appunto circa a 1 chilometro dall'hotel.

Meglio nella descrizione che nella realtà
Paragonabile a un 2/3 stelle italiano. Abbiamo scelto questo hotel solo perché direttamente sulla spiaggia di Jumeirah, peccato che la stessa resterà chiusa fino al 2016 (non é riportato da nessuna parte) C'è una navetta che gratuitamente porta 5 volte al giorno in un altra spiaggia (Kite beach) a 15 km e non bella come la prima.

la posizione è ottima affacciato sulla spiaggia libera , ben posizionato anche per potersi muovere liberamente , il quartiere è discreto residenziale . peccato per la struttura , ok è un tre stelle , ma è molto lontano da qualsiasi standard qualitativo ,il personale della reception scostante e poco disponibile , la pulizia delle camere discreta , struttura non curata . la notte si dorme poco in quanto le camere affacciano quasi tutte sui due ristoranti presenti nella stessa struttura , e tra i rumori dei clienti gli odori della cucina , e il continuo rumore dei condizionatori , il riposo diventa un impresa.

Sconsiglio vivamente!
Arrivo in hotel alle 7 (atterraggio aereo Emirates alle 5.30) e, pur avendo stanze libere, devi aspettare le 14 o pagare un giorno in più. Struttura vecchia, scrostata e sconosciuta ai taxi. Odori pesanti di cucinato fin dalla strada e nelle camere. Wifi funzionante malissimo. Unico vantaggio la vicinanza della spiaggia (per chi cerca anche una vacanza balneare).

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Regent! Its proximity to the beach and La Mer (retail and dining complex with a Euro Mediterranean feel) made this an awesome experience - it puts you in to vacation mode stat! The property is a tad bit dated but still clean, the towels are old, it no longer looks out on to the sea because of La Mer and the adjacent Indian restaurant, but makes no difference in the end. The service was alright, be ready to show your marriage certificate or passports from the same country if you’re dating/ married, but the valets are much nicer than the concierges. The rooms are spacious and even have balconies, which is rare for Dubai. During our stay, there was some noise thanks to the construction, but it wasn’t too bad. Would definitely visit again! It’s the only affordable yet good hotel right on the beach.

UBER DRIVER 들의 정상적이지 않은 요금 체계가 있음-매타기 확인 필수. 두바이몰 비쌈,까르프 추천, 지하철에서 버스카드 반듯이 만들것, 버즈칼리파를 두바이몰 말고 다른 위치에서 감상하길 추천, 버즈알아랍은 우측에서만 촬영가능, 좌측 뷰는 차를 타고 이동 할것, 비수기에 전체적으로 사람이 없음, 조용함, 썬탠하기 좋음(피부가 타질 않음), 술마실 곳이 마땅치 않음(슈퍼에서 팔지 않음), 전체적으로 만족, 다양한 음식을 경험하기에는 환경이 부족함, 버즈칼리파 앞쪽 양고기 추천 받았음. 두바이몰 쉑쉑버거 괜찮음, 사막 사파리투어 괜찮음-꼭 차량이 픽업까지 해주는 코스를 선택할것, 일부 업체에서 가짜 코스가 있음. 스카이다이빙, 모터 헬기 비행을 못한것이 아쉬움, 아부다비도 볼거리가 많다고 들음. 즐거운 여행 계획 만들길 바랍니다. JUMAIRA BEACH 와 JUMAIRA PUBLIC BEACH 는 다른 곳, UBER 드라이버들이 헷갈리는 척 다른 길로 주행 함-네비게이션 확인 할것, 두바이에서 택시비로만 $50 사기 당함.

Clean and nice - great location
Nice staff, clean hotel, GREAT location, but some things made the trip less than perfect. The electrical obviously needed some work as certain switches had to be on in order for other switches to work and it normally took a while to figure out how to get it to work. There was no curtain on our shower and when we asked for one it still never came. Made for a wet bathroom floor, but wasn't the worst thing. Wish we were given free water each day instead of just the first day. Betters were the hardest i've been on in a hotel, but I prefer that so it was not an issue for me.

It is a motel Style and is not worthed for the money they charge $95 + I do not recommend this hotel to a friend or family member and will not make reservation at the same hotel if I decide to visit Dubai in the future

Två stjärnor på skylten utanför hotellet
Medelbra hotell med promenadavstånd till stranden och till restauranger. indisk och arabisk restaurang även på hotellet. Vänlig och hjälpsam hotellpersonal, men se upp med den oseriöse researrangören som sitter bredvid receptionsdisken, annars kommer du bli besviken!

Location nice however not ideal to stay
Hotel location is good however staff people are not nice, they don't clean your room properly, steals your items from the room ( so if your stay make sure you put everything always then tell me then clean your room) as I got my wife Dior makeup bag stolen, her perfume and my baby shoes. If you looking to stay at this hotel make sure you be aware!.

Good hotel overall and breakfast
Good and a lot of options with breakfast. A lot of noise from indi restsurant at night, ask for another hotel room if it bothers you. We did, and god another room, no noise there, some problem with fan in bathroom, had to keep door open when day, to get air condition in so that it would not be wet there, but no problem. Very friendly staff. Not open beach yet. Had to take free hotel buss to kite beach, very nice beach by the way 10 - 15 min away. Can ask for beach closer, but less people there and no beach bar with drink and easy light food serving. Hotel has good location when beach opens, also good now, much closeby, but no metro close. So have to combine taxi and metro. Busstation close, can take this, we didn't. We did rent a car. Good 2 star hotel. Would recomend when beach open. Also- rooms are big and spacious.

Not recommended at all!
Overall bad as a hotel, although the two reception guys Bobby and Mohammed were extremely helpful and understood me my complaint was very poorly taken over by the two ladies in management. The photos show a view out the patio of a palm tree and a beach....this is now a building....a building that's been there for two years. We went due to the location truly dissatisfaction

Das Servicepersonal zeigte sich in allen Belangen hilfsbereit und kompetent. Sicherlich ist es ein in die Jahre gekommens Haus. Jedoch ist die Lage in Jumeirah perfekt für Ausflüge. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten können entweder mit dem eigenen Leihwagen oder ebenso mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln oder der Taxe erreicht werden. Ebenso ist die Nähe zum Strand ideal. Frühstück ist zwar nicht opulent aber doch ausreichend. Kleines minus gibt es für die Terrasse. Die ist leider in einem desolaten Zustand. Wir würden aber wieder in das Hotel gehen weil Preis und Leistung stimmt (was sellten der Fall ist in Dubai)

Большой недостаток отеля в том, что пляж возле отеля и на протяжении 10км закрыт. На пляж возит шатл 4 раза в день. Ехать 20 минут. Бронировала этот отель только из-за того, что он позиционирует себя как пляжный и нигде в описании не написано, что вокруг идёт грандиозная стройка.

Old time charm and good food, kind of a throwback to personal smal hotels. People were great and both restaurants were good. Beach is closed for construction but a short 10 minute walk to the open area. Overall a good hotel good people and great food. Sometime old school is nice!

GOOD EXPERIANCES 1.Nice location but unfortunately the beach is closed by the Govt for resort construction so no access at all 2.Breakfast has been awesome. Loved it absolutely. 3.Room was clean and did regular cleaning on request BAD EXPERIANCES 1.The first night I was given a room near the bar where belly dance was going on. I checked in at 23:00 and the loud music was going on until 03:00 and din catch sleep at all until it all finished. But on request the next day I was given a quiet room. The guy on the desk that day was very helpful 2.Looked like resort is being refurbished. Even though bathroom and toilet was clean it was not in perfect shape. water was there on the floor after a bath (water leaking from the sides of the tub) 3.One of the staff at the desk from the 2nd day onwards never smiled at me and had that typical arrogance to the customers. ( I could feel that as I belong to his place by birth..lol) I think he needs to be re trained to stay at the desk and be more professional. 4.No metro near by but be prepared to travel by taxi. Plenty of bus services near by.so can still keep your trip around cheap. 5.The staff with the attitude declined to take the tourism tax payment in £s as I was using an english card. I thought it was strange. Paying AED with an English card would coast me etc. so had to pay with the cash. 6.The staff told me one bottle of water is free every day but the room boys did not offer me free bottles from 2nd day on. that was silly

Booked balcony with seaview: view was mile long 24hr work in progress, building construction - could see bit of the sea through the cranes. Loud disco/club until 3am every nite ie don't plan on any sleep until post-3am. Moved to another side of the hotel, one night's sleep, 3rd night disco from 7pm until 3am (evidently 2 clubs!). Desk staff - not very helpful; no knowledge or willing to help with getting around/tourism tips. The ancillary/room staff were really helpful and polite.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The first night I was put in an extremely noisy room, noise coming from both the bar and an extremely loud heating unit in the bathroom. Obviously I was extremely concerned about it, I went to reception and requested to be moved. The following day, they showed me around all their spare rooms and let me chose which new room I went into. After this, I was in a very quiet room and had a very comfortable stay. My point being, although all rooms may not be the most quiet, they will happily do everything they can to resolve any issues you have. I would definitely stay here again!!

Nadeel was dat het strand volledig afgesloten was voor langere periode en het zwembad was ook dicht en leeg en werdt opgeknapt. Dit stond niet vermeld in de gids of op internet

L'emplacement est bien situé à 10min en voiture du burj Khalifa et 30 min du Dubai mall en voiture donc sa va. C'est pas un hôtel tout neuf. Les chambres ilsont ne faut pas s'attendre quelques chose de waouh, notre chambre avais une odeur de renferme mais setais propre le ménage étais fait mais l'hôtel n'est pas tout neuf et sa ce voit. Mais si c'est juste de passage comme nous 2 nuits c'est très bien. Le personnel est gentils. Le petit déjeuner et moyen.

Couldn't stay at the hotel with my girlfriend because they have policy non married couples can't stay. I was asked to present marriage certificate. Or leave..I been living in the uae for the past 6 years no hotel ever asked me for such thing..I looked into hotel websit nothing about marriage certificate for couples...it was horrible.

I cannot understand why this has a low rating it has all you need for a quiet get away, lovely staff, very clean, Breakfast, pool....what more do you need!! Close to a supermarket,coffee shop TGI Fridays, when they have finished the beach building it will be lovely.

So-so hotel.
The beach is close everywhere near the hotel. They close the small fitness center at 7pm instead of 10pm. They had my reservation for the day after I arrived and it took too long to figure it out, blaming me.
