Hotel pulito e moderno
Personale gentile e disponibile nonostante il nostro check in alla 2:00 di notte. Pulizia delle parti comuni e della camera ottima. Parcheggio privato all'aperto gratuito. L'unica cosa da che non mi è piaciuta è stata la tempera della camera molto alta in quanto l'aria condizionata, poco efficiente, entrava in funzione solo quando si è all'interno della camera e quindi, in estate, se si sta fuori tutto il giorno e si arriva in camera dopo cena ci si ritrova in un forno!

The service was very poor. When asking for wake up call this was not delivered - the ladies at the reception did not seem to care - Selection at breakfast could be better.

Great hotel and restaurant
I only stayed 1 night in this amazing hotel but was really impressed. Had a nice dinner in their beautiful garden terrace, the stuff was really friendly-they took our order at the restaurant even if they were ready to close. The room very big and clean. Convenient parking. Quiet area close to Timisoara. I would definetely recommend.

Das Hotel war sehr schön und vor allem sauber, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Am Frühstücksbuffet könnte man allerdings noch einiges verbessern, wie z. B. Säfte nachfüllen, andere Kaffeemaschine, mehr Auswahl an Brotsorten ... Im Zimmer hat die Klimaanlage sehr laut gebrummt und nicht richtig funktioniert. Der Kühlschrank war nur eingeschaltet, wenn die Chipkarte steckte - somit waren die Getränke im Kühlschrank warm.

Spacious and Modern Comfortable Room
Better than expected! Clean room, comfortable bed, nice shower. 3rd floor with balcony. Excellent food in the restaurant and breakfast was delicious. The safe was not bolted down in the closet, maybe they didn't get a chance to install it yet. Overall a very good hotel.

Love Hotel Galaxy - Timisoara
This hotel was a total gem. We had no idea what to expect in Romania but if you ever have to travel through Timisoara we recommend staying at the Hotel Galaxy. The facility is excellent and the staff is incredible! Great people. Great attitudes. Great service.

Séjour très agréable, arrivée de nuit avec une réception 24h/24. Service de chambre et réception au top, très sympathique ! Petit bar et restaurant également disponibles dans l'hôtel. Très bonne qualité de chambre et literie.

Hotel accueillant, personnel agreable. Proprete des chambres tres bien. Bar de l'hotel fumeur! Horrible si le temps ne permet pas la terasse et que vous n'etes pas fumeur alors restez avec votre soif.....! Odeur de cigarerette dans tout le hall de l'hotel. Par contre excellent restaurant. Tres bon hotel pour les sejour de bissenes.
