Amazing!!
My husband and I stayed for the weekend and it was perfect. The cabin was just right and very clean. The view was amazing. They have you covered incase you forget anything at home. We will definitely be back. Hosts were very attentive and quick at replying to our messages.

Absolutely perfect!
Took a long weekend with my mom to relax and enjoy the view of the water and some fall colors. This property is beautiful and in a great location. Loved the decor, furniture is very comfortable. Can definitely see myself going back!

Comfy and cozy
What a quaint, cozy cottage! On The Rocks was the perfect place to stay for my husband and I. It was peaceful, and listening to the waves of Lake Huron hitting the rocks was so calming. The cottage was clean and tidy. The furniture was comfortable. We highly recommend this place!

Great views, great location, cant wait to return!
This place has everything you could need! The outdoor space is absolutely amazing, views for miles, peaceful sounds of the waves! Inside was very comfortable, great spot to relax and play games! The location was also great, very short drive into town or into Oscoda. Communication with the owners was very prompt. Highly recommend this place!

Just what we needed
We wanted a short get away just to relax and get away from everyday life. This Vrbo hit the spot. The best part of the whole weekend was listening to the waves hit the rocks right outside of the door. Wonderful weekend. Great hosts.

Girls trip
Absolutely the most beautiful little cabin, with everything you could ever need! The attention to detail is amazing by host, if you have forgotten anything she has provided it! Great location an fabulous view! We will definitely book with this host again in future! Also left us a a thank you basket with treats, so thoughtful! Loved our stay, wish it had been longer!

Late summer getaway
I brought my son and daughter (10 & 15) up to visit family in the area and have one more fun trip before school starts. The cottage was perfect! The kids would have liked to have been able to swim but there are beaches nearby and they had fun playing corn hole on the sand. We enjoyed the deck and all the fresh air. It was so nice to sleep with the windows open and hear the waves at night. The cottage was very clean and well-appointed. Kim was very responsive and booking through check-in was super easy. I definitely would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area!

Great Place
My grandsons and I stayed two nights and had a wonderful time. We came for a family reunion held at Tawas Point State Park…..just a 10 mi minute drive away. We are not campers, but wanted to be nearby. This was a wonderful stay…..clean, amenities galore. Thank you.

Amazing gem in East Tawas!
This cottage is conveniently located away from the busyness of the town but only 5 minutes away. We enjoyed the sounds of the waves on Lake Huron whether inside or outside of the cottage. Beautiful sunrises! The owners have literally thought of everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The little details they have thought of are perfect! Thank you for allowing us to have a wonderful 10th anniversary getaway!

A Great Escape
We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful cottage. The location is easy to get to, the cottage is clean and has everything stocked that you would need for your stay. The sandy beach and beautiful deck is a great place to relax. We would love to come again!

Truly a piece of paradise
Absolutely perfect... We loved everything about this cottage, the location, amazing view, amenities The hosts are wonderful & thoughtful in going above and beyond. It was very easy to check in. The beautifully decorated cottage was Incredibly clean & comfortable. The sounds of Lake Huron create the perfect soundtrack for relaxation.

A little slice of heaven
I’ve stayed in a lot of vacation homes, this one was by far the most well appointed. Every little thing you could need is thought of and it’s so comfortable; the couch, the bed, the chairs outside. The view is stunning! You could easily never leave the property and be perfectly happy. If you should need to leave for anything, there are restaurants, groceries, public beaches, state park, all within 5 miles. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to return.

Perfect place to relax
We had a lovely time at this little house on the rocks. It had everything we needed and more. You can tell the hosts put thought in to the guest experience. Two thumbs up!! My only advice is bring a sleep mask if you like a dark bedroom. The blinds are great to let a breeze in and the sun.

Dream cottage!
Beautiful view right on the water We could hear the waves at night with the windows open. The owners thought of everything needed to make guests feel at home. Great use of space, and a very well executed update of an older lake cottage. Hosts were super easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Views for days!
This is a perfect cabin for a getaway in northern Michigan. The owners even left thing to make s’mores and other snacks. very thoughtful! The view of the lake is beautiful. Highly recommend staying here!

Beyond Expectation
I really loved this cottage and East Tawas! The cottage was super cute and provided us with everything that we could just enjoy ourselves. Privacy, lake view and the location were definitely the highlights for me. We went to Tawas Point State Park, only a few minutes away to play at the beach. I thought this was a really nice park! I went on this getaway with my daughters and grandsons. My 3-year-old grandson said he didn't want to go home! I agreed with him.

Amazing
The cabin was clean and comfortable. Like a home away from home. They really did think of everything to keep there. Cornhole on the beach was fun. The fire pit right in the sand. Great location right off the main road. And not a far drive from tawas or oscoda. I will be back.

Cozy Cottage in a Good Location
Check In was smooth and easy. The property is super cute and filled with a lot of nice amenities. The back patio and fire pit offers a great view. It is relaxing to listen to the waves. Would highly recommend!

Perfect Beach Getaway
A wonderful little cabin with amazing views. We've stayed at a few different cabins in the Tawas area over the years and this was one of the best. Here is a quick list of some of the pros of staying here: -Comfortable furniture and bedding -very clean -lots of little essentials thrown in -Awesome views -Close to town -Good internet connection -quiet street -great beach area with a firepit I highly recommend staying here if you are in the area. The owners have done a great job of creating a wonderful place to unwind and relax. Thanks!

Relax by the lake
Our stay in East Tawas was as relaxing and peaceful as we had hoped for! The house had everything we needed, even ingredients to make s’mores💜. Sitting in backyard with a fire going listening to and watching the waves of Lake Huron while our two young kids played in the sand was an absolute treasure of a memory that we made as a family. Highly recommend staying here and soaking in the relaxation!

Cute & clean house with everything you need!
We were smiling from the moment we pulled into the driveway of this cute house. The owners have paid very special attention to every detail needed to make our stay comfortable. All the comforts of home! Bedding was plush, furniture was so nice and the kitchen had everything needed to cook any meal! Our favorite part however was sitting on the nice deck and hearing the waves crash onto the rocks! So relaxing and peaceful! We will highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to stay in East Tawas. Thank you so much - we are refreshed after 2 days of staying here!

Exceptional host
Some hosts do the bare minimum to get by, but these folks are rare gems who made us feel welcome through many small, thoughtful details. I won't list the many amenities they provided since they may be subject to change, but I can say it's obvious they carefully thought through their guest's needs.

Weekend Getaway
Amazing cabin! Very inviting and clean! The hosts provided all the amenities as well. Lots of Mayflies at night made it a little uncomfortable to enjoy a fire, that's nature!

Bday Beach Party
Our girl group celebrated a friend’s bday who actually lived in West Branch. She loves East Tawas so we were happy to find this place. It’s super quaint right on Lake Huron w/gorgeous views! We had plenty of space for five women & their goods! The only negative was we did have quite a lot of flies around us on the sand. I guess that happens when there’s a west wind. The cabin suppled bug spray too. Highly recommend regardless!

Adorable lakeside cottage
We had a great time. The views were beautiful, property was adorable, and the hosts were great. The cottage had everything we needed for our extended weekend. We spent one day hanging in the backyard enjoying the views, sand, and bon fire pit - then another day just up the road at Oscoda beach. We would definitely stay again!

Adorable Huron Cottage
This cottage was adorable! Right ON Lake Huron, great lakeside location for a relaxing a quiet family weekend! The firewood and fire pit were fabulous…roasted hot dogs and s’mores for dinners while listening to the waves and watching stars at night. Deck and chairs facing the water were amazing, I think my husband and I spent almost the whole weekend in those chairs enjoying the view! Nearby Tawas Pointe State Park was a good day trip! Finished off with watching the sun rise! Great little cabin for a smal family! All the amenities you might need were provided…owners even left us some s’mores supplies with a sweet note! Will definitely be back! Thank you!
