Find plenty of space to spend time together inside. A living area offers ample seating and a TV, while the spacious bedroom provides another TV and a cozy sitting nook - perfect for curling up with a good book.

Equipped with a full suite of appliances, the modern kitchen provides everything you’ll need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. Handy extras include a microwave, blender, drip coffee maker, and toaster.

An ideal home base, your location provides easy access to Lake Oconee and Oconee National Forest. The shops, restaurants, and museums of downtown Eatonton are also a short drive away.

If traveling with a larger group, consider also renting one or all of the other three condos in this villa - there is one more on the top floor and two on the ground floor.

Check-out time: 10:00 am.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Streaming is available on Fubo for live local channels or using your own accounts (Amazon Prime and Netflix).

This condo is only accessible via stairs.
The balcony is shared with the adjacent villa, which may be occupied during your stay.
Community amenities (pool, golf course, restaurant, etc.) are only available to members of Cuscowilla on Lake Oconee. They will not be available to Vacasa guests.

This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
