“I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was the worst hotel experience I’ve had. Checked in around 11:45 PM after a long drive. First set of room keys didn’t work, and I had to wait ~15 minutes as the front desk attendant had stepped out with her dogs. After she returned, she reprogrammed the keys and we got into the room. “La prima camera ce l'hanno cambiata perché oltre ad esserci del cibo in frigorifero, non funzionava il wc. Nella seconda ho trovato ancora del cibo puzzolente in frigorifero, l'ho portato in reception e la ragazza ridendo mi ha chiesto di buttarlo perché non era suo. Chiaramente l'ho lasciato li. La notte è stata tragica, l'aria condizionata non rinfrescava però faceva un rumore intollerabile. La colazione poi scarsissima, niente di continentale. Motel tenuto male e puzzava anche in cortile....

“This property was absolutely disgusting. The photos are AI!!! The parking lot, walk ways, and stair wells were not maintained. The garbage cans were overflowing and there were cigarette butts everywhere (on a supposedly non-smoking property). Our room was unlivable. The walls had stuff all over and the bathroom was not cleaned at all. The shower curtain and bathroom door were covered in what looked like blood. The floors looked like they’ve never been cleaned. “Wonderful place to visit and stay. We stayed there a number of years ago and they had a full breakfast. Now it's grab and go items.”

“The breakfast was good and well stocked. The staff were friendly and professional. The room was mediocre for the money spent, was unable to sleep all night on the very bad bed, I slept on the chair was much more comfortable. The tv selection was horrible for the family. Keys demagnetized immediately if set by phone or any electronics. The pool and hot tub are very small. I booked with the reviews and I was very disappointed with my stay.”

“Pros: friendly staff, great looking from the outside, pet friendly, meager breakfast but still free, right off the freeway. Cons: low water pressure, hard floors in our room were sticky, bugs and spiders crawling on us while trying to sleep, air conditioner sounded like a motorcycle idling in our room.”
