“Loved the place, location and easiness of the booking and communication with host. Just a quick thing to keep in mind is this is a basement apartment. With the host living in the main house. I have a one year old so we wake up early either way, but a friend we were with was bothered by kids in the main house at 7am waking him up. Host did say quiet time is from 11pm-7am. ”

“This home me was clean. Communication with host was on point. We enjoyed the porch drinking our coffee in the mornings and have deer walking up. Kitchen was very nicely stocked...but no coffee filters for drip coffee. I think the best down point to this home was only one TV in living room. 2 Adults 2 teenager with one TV. After long busy days it would have been nice to have another TV option. But over all we enjoyed our stay ”

“The property was perfect for our stay. It became clear the longer we were there that it was the perfect location for us. Both close to Salt Lake City and close to our familiy in Utah County. “Absolutely beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The property was so nice, no detail was overlooked. It was fresh, clean and so pretty. The shower was amazing, the kitchen was so nice and cold soda in the refrigerator. I loved this place and hope to stay here again. Also very nice to have a garage. ”

“Great place for two adults. Close to Ashton Gardens where we were attending the Storytelling Festival. We were able to take a long bike ride with our e-bikes on the path directly behind the property. Would definitely stay there again!”

“Giving this place Perfect little spot!! Very well stocked with everything you will need for your stay. Super cute, exceptionally clean, nice quiet neighborhood, your own private patio with hot tub & so much more. Host even had a thoughtful welcoming basket filled with popcorn, water, chocolates & brownie mix. Everything was very well thought out to make you feel at home & welcomed. Excellent host!! We will definetly stay here again!! ”

"Non c'e l'ascensore! Televisore non funzionante, la ragazza al check in se ne e' fregata malgrado la NS richiesta di supporto. Era seccata quando le abbiamo chiesto una camera al piano terra, senza ascensore era impossibile portare i bagagli al primo piano. Vasca piena di capelli. Finestra rotta da cui entrava il rumore della strada molto trafficata. Tende oscuranti non c'erano. Terribile. L'unica persona che lavora veramente e' il signore addetto alle colazioni, bravo e gentile. Il personale del front office pessimo."
