“Non c'e l'ascensore! Televisore non funzionante, la ragazza al check in se ne e' fregata malgrado la NS richiesta di supporto. Era seccata quando le abbiamo chiesto una camera al piano terra, senza ascensore era impossibile portare i bagagli al primo piano. Vasca piena di capelli. Finestra rotta da cui entrava il rumore della strada molto trafficata. Tende oscuranti non c'erano. Terribile. L'unica persona che lavora veramente e' il signore addetto alle colazioni, bravo e gentile. Il personale...

“We stayed for one night on our way to Moab. The beds were comfortable. It was in a good location.”

“Stuff was the worse front desk peoples in the whole nation… The front desk person was asking me to rent a room from them. Was lying saying she was able to see my reservation but wasn’t paid yet. I showed the receipt from the booking app and also showed my credit card text message where proof that money was taken from my statement. So after 30 minutes I walked into the hotel so she had my hotel room cards ready. It was midnight. We Was on the rd traveling trying to get rest… and get on the go...
