“Our room had no carpet.... Just a concrete floor that wasn't very smooth or even. No ESPN. We didn't try the restaurant, but the reception area smelled good. Coffee available in lobby only. Our balcony overlooked the roof of lower portions of the facility. 2 bottles of complimentary artisan water come with the room, but they are glass bottles. That seemed odd with the bare concrete floor. Overall the experience wasn't bad, just a bit non-enchanting.”

“i was disappointed in the breakfast. website said it was hot breakfast. only thing hot was scrambled eggs (no meat) & waffles that you cook yourself. also, the shower was fixed so that you could not cut the shower off to take a bath. Other than that, it was a good stay. ”

“I am a tall person. The upstairs toilet was too low. The mattress was a little too hard for me. The property was very nice with the wildlife around.”

“Exterior door at the end of corridor was never locked. Breakfast bar was about the worst I ever saw. There were two uncomfortable straight back chairs in the room. Electrical outlets were at a minimum. The freezer in the refrigerator was completely clogged with frost. No anti slip in tub Room was clean and the beds were very comfortable.”

“I asked for a first floor room. Little did I know that the first floor had about 5 or 6 broken stone steps going to it. The railing was very loose. The room smelled very musty until we turned the heat on. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.”

“The mattress was too hard. The units were too spread out for handicapped. No elevator to the pool. The annex was inconvenient to walk to main buildings Ice on the 2nd floor on main bug Just not good for handicapped”

“We drove up early to attend Art in the Park, and asked if we could go ahead and park in the lot even though it was well before check-in. They allowed us to do so, which saved us from having to find parking elsewhere while we shopped Blowing Rock ! Very accommodating, and much appreciated”
