We had stayed at the Westin Hotel in TownCtr-VA Beach three nights before we arrived in Boone and the Sleep Inn was far better in every aspect. Breakfast (free) was fabulous and their sanitation rating is 100%!! We had fresh towels and beds were made each morning! I felt we were in a 5-star hotel!! I highly recommend The Sleep Inn-Boone!!”

“First of all the amenities were NOT what we expected. I was told we would have a balcony which they did not provide, also the pictures showed, and if I was not mistaken, they served breakfast which they said it was only for events, so we did not get breakfast. Our room we were in had a loud buzzing noise so we got the front desk to come and here it. She heard it and gave us another room. The drink machine was out of order. “Our room was on the lower level, which felt like a basement (room had no windows). The room itself was okay, nice pitcher of water and glasses set out for us, which was nice. Linens and towels were good quality and very clean. Bed was comfortable, we slept well. Couldn’t wash my hair in shower because rainhead had weak pressure and would have taken forever to rinse out shampoo. The lower level hallway to the room smelled a bit musty and seemed a little run down. Parking was a bit rough since...
