Quick Florida weekend
The property was spotless and comfortable for the 2 of us over a long getaway weekend in Florida. It is conveniently located to the downtown of old Englewood which is nice for walking and pleasant places to have a meal or beverage. We enjoyed our stay.

Retreat.
Owners were extremely friendly.The accommodations we're Very clean perfect location. You could eat dinner outside and listen to. The local club ban plan. It was just a walk away from all the downtown downtown activities without having to be directly in the mix of things. Close close to boat dogs, fishing pears and beaches. And fine dining overall overall. The perfect locato stay Inglewood. I couldn't ask for a nicer accommodation. I highly recommend this cottage for rental.

Amazing Stay!

Old Town Englewood
Lots of activities with-in walking distance during season. (Live music, car show, Farmers' market, food trucks.) Walking distance to several bars/eateries' shops and coffee shops. Cottage was well organized and appointed. Highly recommend for a couple needing relaxation with a splash of Florida history and low-key tourism. Great beaches and commercial shopping 10 min away.

Wonderful weekend
My husband and I spent a long weekend enjoying Englewood, and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The house was perfect! Probably the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed at, and everything we could have possibly needed was there. It is in the perfect location, walking distance to restaurants and the water. We couldn’t have been happier. We will be back!

Cute and clean
Adorable “old Florida” feeling accommodations. Well appointed and super clean. We were only there one night but enjoyed meeting the host. These owners pay attention to the details which was nice.

Boca fishing trip getaway
Awesome location in downtown Englewood for easy eating and drinking during your stay! Tom was super cool with the whole experience. We stayed for two nights and got a good nights sleep both nights. The second night the neighbor got a little rowdy with music but it was nice to open the door and have a drink or two with some good background music during the night hours. Super clean, super accessible for all house hood needs. Even gave us a shark tooth sea shell Englewood beach sand souvenir glass to take home. Overall if you’re looking for a nice quiet getaway minutes from great restaurants and great sunset views this is the place! The pizza place across the street was very good and the waterfront restaurant down the road called snooks was a great choice!

Location, location, location.
This little abode was just a few blocks from all the town and area had to offer. It was on a short drive to beautiful beaches. It was quiet and had everything we needed. We would highly recommend this place and would rent it again if in the area. ~ Darla and daughter Ashlen from Michigan

Excellent vacation
Host and hostess are on site, very friendly, and very accommodating. Very nice, quiet neighborhood . The property is near Dearborn street, we had plenty of eating and entertainment options within walking distance.

Agree with all of the positive reviews - clean, friendly hosts, close to restaurants etc. However the area was run down The owners property was just as described but the surrounding houses/properties were unkempt.

Yes, in the wake of Hurricane Ian the neighborhood has suffered extensive damage. While we only had external damage with many large trees down & the privacy fence around our property destroyed other neighbors weren't as lucky! We have been able to clear the debris & fallen trees from our property & currently working on rebuilding the fence. Thankfully all of our guests since Ian have been happy with our accommodations & understanding of the necessary clean up operations in progress around the neighborhood.

Great stay!
I rented this property for my older sister and elderly mom who uses a walker. They had a great experience with the rental, the property, and the host couple. Rental is in a convenient location, secluded but just off a main street with lots nearby. It was very clean and comfortable. My mom had not problems with access even with her walker. Highly recommend.

Quiet Comfortable Place in a Quiet Comfortable Neighborhood
This is the perfect property in Englewood if you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing time but still within easy driving distance (less than ten minutes) to beaches, parks, and other adventures nearby. It's a perfect size for one or two people, kept immaculately clean, and owned by friendly people. I'll definitely be coming back!

Lovely spotless private apartment with everything you need for your stay. Fully stocked with kitchen supplies, very comfortable bed, quiet neighborhood, and walking distance to wonderful downtown shops and restaurants. We would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Englewood!

Quiet getaway
Hosts are very accommodating , location is a block away from downtown “Old Englewood”, cute little town, if you want beach time it is a little bit of a drive, we found some great resturants on the main drag, Florida in February is the best!!!

The rental was clean and cozy within walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shops and parks. When in season, there is a wonderful Farmer's Market on Thursday, within walking distance. Be sure to check out the many beaches on Manasota Keys during the daytime and in the evening the sunsets are amazing.

Great place & location
We have stayed in the area for years at an island resort. This was the first time we have stayed on the mainland side. This place was so clean, cute and well-located. One block from a neat little shopping and dining area. The place itself had anything and everything we could have needed. Great visit to a great place!

All the comforts!
Didn’t hardly miss a beat from being at home. Coffee was there, waters, quiet neighborhood (except for maybe one barking dog—-but not at night, only daytime). Overall.an excellent experience. If you stay in Englewood, this is the place to stay.
