Hotel per chi ama l'avventura a Ernakulam

“mi reco due volte all'anno a Cochin per affari , era un po di tempo che non soggiornavo in questo Hotel , dopo questa esperienza negativa , tornerò al Merriott . Questo albergo ha degli standard di pulizia sotto la media , non è dotato di palestra e la piscina è ridicola . Unica nota positiva il ristorante Fusion al secondo piano . Il giorno della partenza per trovare un taxi per l'aereoporto ho dovuto utilizzare la mia applicazione Uber , perchè l'albergo non aveva una macchina disponibile...

“Cleaner than mist other hotels we stayed at in India. Western toilet and great shower with good water pressure. Room had kettle, TV with BBC News and a hairdryer. Dinner was very reasonable and good breakfast very limited western choices and after a month of Indian breakfast I appreciate some western choice even in India. Literally next door to shopping mall and only 70p auto ride to the ferry terminal to fort Cochin or to walk along the waterside walkway which is a nice tree lined...

“Not very clean, unfriendly staff, terrible food”

“The check in process was very taxing - with them wanting a copy of every document in the book. It took more than 40 minutes to register. Perhaps they could streamline the process a little better. I have stayed there many times in the past but have found that though the costs have gone up the service has not. Sad that I will have to look around for other accommodations.”

“This hotel is not for visitors, the receptionist wanted me to go to another hotel and thanks goodness I did. I didn't like the room and I didn't like what it seems to be going there, this hotel is not for female visitors.”
