Super zentral gelegenes Hotel in der Essener Innenstadt. Alles in fußläufiger Entfernung. Nettes Personal, Zimmer hätten etwas sauberer sein können (Haare im Badezimmer) und waren recht spartanisch ausgestattet. Trotzdem super Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis - gerne wieder!

Mohammed was very helpful and polite. The fact that he could speak English was a plus. He also ordered a taxi for is in a jiffy. Great service. Only wish there were facial bar soaps provided and not just hand wash. Please give Mohamed a bonus or promotion.

Vielen Dank für den kurzen Aufenthalt. Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel, bei dem höchstens Kleinigkeiten zu bemängeln waren. Ein etwas unappetitlicher rötlicher Fleck auf einem der Handtücher und einige merkwürdige Gestalten in unmittelbarer Nähe des Eingangs des Hotels, die aber der zentralen Lage in direkter Nähe des Bahnhofes und der Fußgängerzone geschuldet waren. Das Hotel ansonsten sehr sauber, freundlicher Service und ein gutes Frühstück. Luft nach oben ist natürlich immer... :-)

Vriendelijk personeel en fijne plek
Vriendelijke ontvangst door Christian. Kwam laat aan, na 0:00 en de bar was al gesloten. De barman Ante kwam van achter en heeft een uitzondering gemaakt en nog een lekkere cocktail voor me gemaakt. Super service! Kamer was ook heerlijk (superior kamer) lekker ruim, heerlijk rustig en fijn bed. Ook het uitchecken kan hier tot 12:00 uur. Dat is voor mij ook een reden om altijd hier te verblijven bij een bezoek aan de beurs.

Ankunft, Aufenthalt, Zimmer war alles bestens. Das Frühstück für 20 € pro Person haben wir nicht genommen da wir es zu teuer fanden. Es gibt gleich in der Nähe eine prima Bäckerei mit Frühstück und schönen Sitzplätzen. Hotel liegt sehr zentral.

Das Hotel war super. Sehr schöne und bequeme Einrichtung sowie tolles Frühstück. Die Zimmertür ist leider nur durch knallen lassen richtig ins Schloss gegangen. Man musste also gut aufpassen und hat morgens die ein oder andere Tür laut zu knallen hören.
