Clean house with great location
Went down for a work trip, and it was like still being at home. Nice neighborhood and convenient to a lot of locations around the area. Would recommend staying here.

Great House and Great View
The property deserves an "A" rating. The location to all of the stores, mall, outlets, and grocery stores were fabulous. The house was well stocked, and there many unexpected convenieces such as sugar, coffee, other items for use. While I did not use them, it was nice that they were there. If I needed to rent again, I would definitely come back to this property.

Great Birthday Weekend
I rented this place for a short stay with some friends and it was perfect. Very spacious, the pool was clean and the overall place was tidy and well kept. No issues at all and it was close to a Publix , restaurants and other amenities. The beach is also not too far!

Great House!
The house was great, had everything we needed and more. Neighborhood is really nice and has a ton of restaurants and malls nearby. The owner was very helpful and super communicative. Would definitely come back!

Perfect getaway
We truly enjoyed every minute of being here, which was almost two weeks. The neighborhood is very quiet. The house is amazing, with everything you could possibly need or ask for. We had no issues. The pool was perfect and right outside the doors of the home. The bikes and golf equipment is beyond what most rentals have. We will return and plan to make many more memories!

GREAT
Just had a great mini get away from Miami last month (July 2020) to this property with my kids and I got to say I was very satisfied with everything on the property. Not to mention the pool which is great for the kids to enjoy as well as the adults. I came prepared but the property is equipped with just about everything you may need or think of! Great location, great for an escape especially in 2020 and Randy was great everything very smooth and swift personally better then advertised. Hope to be back later this year!!!

Best short vacations!!!!!!
Clearly they take great pride in their place and in providing a safe, clean, well appointed rental property to their guests. We were thrilled with our choice, and the photos of it on the internet do not do it justice.The house was much larger than I had anticipated, and it was clean, nicely decorated, and the pool was fabulous! The pool was immaculate, and we had all the privacy we wanted when using it. Highly recommend it to anyone wanting a place with privacy and cleanliness. We would definitely return there if we were going back to Estero ( Naples).

Florida family trip
We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is set up perfectly. Everything you could possible need is here. Kitchen is well stocked with plenty of things for cooking. There are all of the extras as well. Plenty of pots and pans, dishes, blender, measuring cups ect. There were plenty of extra towels, sheets, blankets and pillows. There was a pack and play and a mattress for the pack and play which we really appreciated since we flew in and always use one for our toddler. There is also a stroller in the garage although we didn’t need it. There is everything you need for the beach. Chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, a shell scooper (which I wish we had seen sooner) and beach towels. There is a fire stick in the living room, and cable service on the living room and master bedroom. The other rooms don’t have tv’s. which wasn’t a problem for us. Now to our favorite part. The screened in back porch area. Our kids loved the pool and

The best equipped home we have stayed in.
Location is terrific. Proximity to stores, easy drive to the beach and excellent neighborhood. Also simple drive to the airport. This property is the best equipped home we have stayed in during the past 8-10 years of using VRBO. This is very high on our list to return to.

The house is very nice and we enjoyed the pool area. Just a couple of suggestions..... 1. Supply travel size bar soap for shower as not everyone brings/uses body wash 2. Provide a covering for the window in the shower as the neighbors and anyone walking down the street can see into the windows 3. Nicer bedding as the sheets krinkle with each move 4. New coffee pot as the current one has the potential to leak as the it filter part doesn't stay shut. Overall a nice house!

Home away from home!
February-March 2020 visit. Lovely home in quiet gated community. Home and pool are well maintained with all amenities you would ever need. Great property with community activities, nice walking paths, ponds, fountains and beautiful landscaping, Coconut Point mall across the road, beaches within driving distance. Homeowner was accommodating and responded promptly to questions. Highly recommend property!

Amazing vacation. Centrally located. Exceptionally amenities. Friendly owner.
I don’t have enough positive things to say about this property. You can show up and instantly relax by the pool. There is EVERYTHING you could ever need for a family vacation. From a stocked kitchen, comfortable beds to tennis rackets, golf clubs, beach supplies, baby essentials, you are covered. The house was extremely clean, including the pool area. The provided gas grill was helpful for easy family meals. Parking the car in the garage was a great convenience. The pool is heated but we didn’t need it. There are pool floats available, and we added dive toys for future guests. My kids loved the pool basketball hoop. The pool lanai overlooking the lake was relaxing for the adults to talk as the kids swam in the pool. The property is located in a lovely gated community, with each instructions provided for guests. It has a golf course, tennis courts, basketball, and bikes. We enjoyed a bike ride around the property (a 2 mile loop). Coconut Point Mall is convenient, including a super Target, and a Walmart with grocery pickup is about 5 min away. Miramar Outlets is close and has great shopping. Tons of variety, something for everyone. We visited Wiggins State Park Beach, our families favorite in the area, with great beaches, restrooms & rentals & is much less crowded. The owner was exceptional to work with, and extremely friendly. We even reached out to extend our stay bc we were enjoying our self so much. We will definitely return for future visits when returning to Fort Myers to visit family. Thankful for a great week celebrating my moms 65th birthday and retirement!

All over Awesome!
This property has everything - location, fantastic host, great house. Rindy was really hospitable and helpful, from the time you book until you leave. The images of the house doesn't make the reality of it justice. It is greater! Roomy and cosy. Clean and well kept. Fully stocked with what you need - and then some! We were 2 adults and two kids(13 and 9) and everyone had a great time. The location is perfect if you want to hang out in the house and relax and great for day trips around the coast. Everything worth seeing is fairly close. And after a full day you have your own pool to cool off in. We used both the gym and the tennis courts available(although way too hot but still...) and they are in great condition. Upon arrival there is great information provided by Rindy(we even got that before arriving) and she is quick in replying if there is something you need to ask. And, there are contact persons you can reach and that are close by for any matters that needs attending. The Coconut Point mall is a 1,5 minute drive away and has good choices for dining and shopping. Miramar outlet is just a short drive away also. The weather was so-so with some (cool!) thunderstorms rolling in every day, late afternoon, but that wasn't a problem since we could plan for that and enjoy the house then! It's perfect for families/groups at a great value for what you pay. Highly recommended!

Very pleasant stay in Estero
1. Property - spotless clean. Loaded with every imaginable thing you may require for your stay. Very nice gated comunity, huge but quiet. Master bedroom - 10/10. Perfect! Comfortable bed, TV, large walk-in closet, nice shower, etc. 2nd bedroom - 8/10. Perfect for kids and small adults. 2 separate beds may be small for large adults. Queen size inflatable mattress available if it is an issue. 3rd bedroom/office - 8/10. Pullout queen size bed, perfect for kids and small adults. 2 separate beds may not be comfortable for large adults. Queen size inflatable mattress available to solve if it is an issue(same one as above) Covered pool - perfect. Clean, well maintained, has lounges, a 2 burner gas BBQ and a covered sitting area. 2. Location - excellent centrally located in between Naples and Fort Myers, closer to Naples. 10 minutes drive to the closest beach. Across the street from the Coconut mall (within walking distance). 7 minute drive to Miramar outlets - beautiful small outdoors mall. 3. Beaches - Bonita beach - our favorite and closest. Metered parking at $2/hr. Restaurant, rental water things. Parking challenge as parking spots are limited. If you can't find a spot, drive to nearby Bearfoot beach. Bearfoot beach - 5 minutes away, not as busy, several parking lots, first one has washrooms and shower. $8 daily parking for the vehicle, less crowded. Vanderbilt beach - 10-minutes further away. Nice, but too crowded to our taste. 4. Owner - Rindy is very responsive and very pleasant to deal with. Will definitely stay again if coming to the area. Recommended!

The House is Okay - The Owner is a Dishonest!!
The house is okay. Nothing really special, outdated and worn in areas but that was alright for what we paid. What I didn't like was how the owner treated me. I broke a lamp and notified her right away. It took her entirely too long to get back to me and when she did she made up a story about the lamp being new and costing $250. There isn't a furnishing in the house that cost $250 so I knew that wasn't true and she couldn't produce a receipt. Turns out the replacement lamp cost $49.99 at Home Goods. Nothing but good things to say about the HomeAway Corp who backed me and ensured I received my deposit.

The renter was very good about contacting me when she broke a lamp. We had bought that lamp at a high end boutique furniture store. We paid $250. Unfortunately we could not locate the receipt for the purchase. The renter was able to find a comparable replacement for $49 at Home Goods. We were fine with the replacement and told the renter we would return her security deposit in full. We were surprised by her reaction and review. We have been renting this and other properties for years and NEVER had a complaint about our character or integrity. We have consistent 5 star ratings and reviews because we are accommodating and understanding of the various issues that arise. We have a lovely property in a great location and will continue to offer our property for rent.

Convenient location.
Super comfortable, clean, you have everything you need. Mall is close by less than 5 minutes away. Supermarket is close by, lots of restaurants, beaches are close by as well. My family and I really enjoyed staying at the home.

Great location
We loved staying in house Jan., Feb., and March 1917. Very comfortable, just the perfect size for my husband and me. We really enjoyed the heated pool and getting a little sun on the lounge chairs. Very quiet and a lovely view of the lake behind. Just minutes from Coconut Mall and all the shopping and restaurants. Would certainly recommend it, well equipped kitchen and everything you would want.
