The city has approved plans to add safety signals to make downtown Eugene a quiet zone. Covid did push back the timeline but it is still in development. Our proximity to downtown does of course offer many benefits as well. The building that obstructed your view was built thirty years prior to our property being converted to an inn so there isn't anything we can do about that. I'm sorry that it impacted your experience.

We do regularly check to make sure that our rates are in line with our competitive set and they were on the evening in question. I'm glad that you found the two course breakfast tasty.
