Entrati nella struttura siamo stati stupiti da come la proprietà ha ristrutturato gli spazi e dalla scelta degli arredi. Tutto è stato creato con attenzione e ricercatezza. A completamento di tutto ciò, è stata la scelta del personale di alta professionalità e gentilezza. La nostra colazione è stata deliziata, non soltanto dall'ottima qualità dei prodotti offerti, ma dalla professionalità di Dario che ci ha coccolati con un ottimo espresso italiano e ci ha dato la possibilità di scoprire le bellezze della struttura. Consigliamo vivamente la guest house Valeriana. Noi torneremo sicuramente in un prossimo futuro.

Davvero ottimo
Struttura molto bella e curata in centro a Evora. Personale gentilissimo. Posto auto in parcheggio coperto nella via parallela (quella dove si trova la guesthouse è pedonale). Deliziosa colazione, ricercata e con attenzione ai prodotti locali. Siamo arrivati nel primo pomeriggio di un giorno molto caldo, ci hanno subito offerto da bere e le stanze erano ottimamente climatizzate. Bella terrazza comune al piano superiore con tavoli e divanetti per un drink serale. Grande attenzione ai particolari. Stanze e locali più belli dal vivo che in foto.

Guest house elegante
Arzigogolato arrivarci nonostante le indicazioni ricevute.Arrivati comunque davanti al garage abbiamo dovuto aspettare ed aggiustarci da soli per entrare. La stanza è un po piccola ma gli arredi sono molto eleganti per non parlare degli arredi comuni.La sala della colazione sembra uscita da una rivista. Colazione molto buona fresca e variegata. Tocco di classe l'acqua aromatizzata e musica di sottofondo.

The staff was extremely helpful and polite. We had problems finding the parking garage but once we found it, it was very easy to get in and out. We did not have to pay for parking. The breakfast was fabulous. The home was an excellent shape and I would most definitely recommend to all of my friends.

This boutique hotel was very nice . If you stay in the first floor you might listen to some noise from the people walking to bars and restaurants . I will definitely come back . Parking was a plus .

The hotel is beautiful, very clean, with fantastic staff. I would only say the rooms are very small and the private patio is also tiny and covered so doesn't really feel like an outdoor space. I guess its good for the rain but didn't feel like outdoors. Other than that, its a beautiful hotel with wonderful service. Next time I would get a bigger room.

Loved the breakfast and staff so nice Our room super small but nice rooftop shared area Thing I hated is expedia sends a link for parking which doesn’t work (it is pages long and not clickable) - my friend got it too and another person checking in got it. Therefore we drove to hotel which is not a drivable area - then had to use written instructions which didn’t work well. So if you have a car book through hotel not Expedia - you do not need to drive to hotel, just parking

The best possible location - a stone's throw from Praça do Giraldo, and only a few minutes' walk to every sight & site in Evora! The guesthouse is super charming, and our room was really nicely decorated and comfortable. We had no issues with outside noise as our room was tucked away and had a lovely little balcony, as well. Shower was great and a shout-out for the towel (warming) rack. Who doesn't LOVE a warm towel after their shower!? 😀 Parking is available in a garage just 1 minute away (or a 2-minute walk) from the hotel, which was super convenient and appreciated. Last but not least, the front desk staff (unfortunately, we didn't catch her name) was absolutely LOVELY - her friendliness and recommendations made our stay all the better!

Great location within historic Évora. I really appreciated the included parking and the outstanding service from Joanna at reception. The room is small but fine for one night. The boxed breakfast was a lot and I would have preferred to have a buffet where I didn’t feel like I wasted food. Overall, a great stay in Évora with all the sights within walking distance and great dining options.

Great location- able to get to all the sites. super friendly and helpful staff. Tricky driving and parking, but they sent very detailed instructions prior to stay that were helpful. Box breakfast was amazing.

Beautiful room although quite small so not a lot of space for suitcases. The most comfortable bed I think I’ve ever slept on. Very convenient location as it’s in the heart of Evora. The only challenge we had was finding the parking. Due to a road closure, the garage was more challenging to find but it didn’t ruin our stay in any way. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel is located in the city center close to everything. It is a big challenge to find the parking that is out of the property. My gps was unable to locate it and I had to leave my car in the street. There was free parking from7:30 pm to 8:30 am. It would be helpful if they had informed me that. Because I kept driving trying to locate the garage. I was only able to find it when I walked. Tricky! Staff was friendly! Room is clean but very small! Big stairs to get upstairs. I tried to call The number provided to get help in locate the garage but nobody answered. I even stopped at the police station asking for help snd they told me good luck because they did not know how to get there. So it was very frustrating driving around trying to locate a parking garage. The hotel should provide a map not the directions sent last minute by email. The directions sent by email does not work with gps.

Ione Rindler, bom dia,Uma vez mais agradeço a preferência na Valeriana.No seguimento da sua avaliação e comentários , deixe-me só completar que foi sempre oferecida ajuda por parte dos colaboradores para a irem com a Sra. buscar o seu carro e até vir consigo dentro do mesmo, se necessário.Frisar também que o problema da comunicação não era nosso pois o seu telefone não funcionava bem em Portugal e nem tinha carregador para o mesmo e este tinha pouco bateria.Tentamos contacta-la diversas vezes sem sucesso.As nossas direções são enviadas 1 ou 2 dias antes do C/in do hospede.O telemóvel de serviço funciona 24/07.Um nota importante, o sistema de GPS não funciona bem na nossa cidade devido ás inúmeras obras de reabilitação que estão a acontecer neste momento, daí providenciarmos umas direções detalhadas aos hospedes de como chegar.Esperamos poder vir a recebe-la novamente em outra altura e que corra tudo pelo melhor.Com os meus melhores cumprimentos,Dário LeirãoDiretor Geral Valeriana

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Valeriana Exclusive Guesthouse. The employees were very nice and helpful. The room was clean, very nice and confortable. The breakfast is very good and substantial. It is very well located in the city centre. The roof terrace offers an amazing view of the city. I would definitely recommend this place.

Very convenient for the inner city in Évora. Can walk to all the sites. Comfortable and clean rooms. Towels were soft. There is parking close by in a garage. You get a nice continental breakfast . All the staff we met were very pleasant. We had a nice, private patio to sit out on and there is a large rooftop common patio as well.

Great stay
Great stay in centre of old town Evora. Hotel is steps away from all the sites. Staff made the arrival easy with precise directions for arrival by car (though a bit of a walk over cobbles if you’re arriving with a heavy bag). Beautiful and quaint boutique hotel. Great breakfast (box), served with personal service.

Excellent location in heart of Evora historic center. The room was very small but the upstairs outdoor balcony was pleasant for sitting in the evening.

4 of us traveling together in Portugal stayed one night (2 rooms) in Evora. The Valerian was a great choice, conveniently located in the core of the town. Loved the rooftop deck! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer.
