Der Empfang hat mir sehr mit einem Problem bei der Parkingapp geholfen. Der Hund wurde sehr freundlich umsorgt. Die Zimmer waren klein aber sehr modern. Ich habe nirgendwo besser geschlafen.

Heating wasn't working which they must of known as a portable heater was left in the room. Unfortunately that didn't work either. Staff were lovely but obviously no heating isn't ideal

We stayed for the weekend & I have no complaints. The staff were polite & friendly. The free breakfast was great... lots of options. The room was clean & comfy. It's a short walk to the quay and lots of lovely restaurants and cafes. The parking is ideal & not too pricey. We would certainly stay again!

スタッフの人がフレンドリーで対応も良かったです。 朝食も美味しくて部屋もとてもキレイで最高でした。 駐車場が有料だったのが残念です。 ホテルの周りは日曜の夜だったからか空いているお店が少なかったのでよくわかりませんが少し寂れた町の印象でした。

コスパの良いホテルですが、夕食はホテルで取れません
街の中心部にも近く、綺麗なホテルです。朝食も美味くいただきました。ベーコンがしょっぱく硬めでした。スクランブルエッグ、ソーセージ、ヨーグルトが美味しく、コーヒーの持ち帰りが出来ます。コスパは高いと思います。駐車場が一泊16ポンドするのと、夕食はホテルで取れないのを除けば満足です。

Brilliant location close to town 10 minute walk, 10 minutes to pubs etc by river. very clean rooms . Breakfast was very good. Good value for money. Had everything in room, ironing board, hair dryer .

We cannot fault the hotel. It was clean, the room was comfortable and well appointed and the hotel is perfectly located for easy access into the city centre. Sadly our stay was ruined by noisy, inconsiderate guests next door and along our corridor. The noise and disturbance was so bad we got up, packed our things and left in the early hours of the morning deciding to go home instead. I contacted the hotel the following day, but have had no reply.

Weekend away for Christmas Market
We came for a 2 night stay, Check in was good. The bar service was rather chaotic. However, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The manager called Ian was brilliant he worked so hard, mucking in with everything that needed doing. The breakfast was good. The bar stock was very limited.

The beds were very comfortable and we slepped well. At breakfast there was not enough staff really as the food need topping up more to safe waiting. But the staff there did work very hard
