They front desk personnel were very pleasant and accomodating, the room was clean, very large. I thinknits overpriced, the room wasnt decorated very pretty, gave it a cold, uncomfortable feeling, but i have anxiety. The bed was hard, the pillows awful. I did love the large selection of premium cable channels.

Didn't like the fact my room was across from the pool. Loud traffic and man at front desk said I couldnt change rooms other then that it was a nice stay

Hiking adventure
We always book this hotel for our annual hiking adventure. Staff is welcoming and friendly. Rooms are comfortable. Hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. Close to Elephant Rocks, Johnstown’s Shut-ins, Taum Sauk, Washington State Park, St. Joe State Park, & St. Francois State Park.

Not a happy camper!
we had a wedding sat. stayed friday so all the kids could swim. pool was not working needed a part we had 4 rooms booked we would have stayed somewhere else with working pool. manger was rude when I ask for a bit of compensation. said it was for a wedding not swimming we would have just stayed sat. or found another hotel with working pool, spend money on friday for nothing. The manager was rude about it. i would like some kind of comp.

Big Let Down!
The pool is NOT heated-the room that the pool is in is heated to 82 degrees. They hope that’s enough to heat the pool.Lol They do not have microwaves in the rooms. To be honest we chose this hotel because of the indoor heated pool so I could enjoy it with my grandchildren. Big Let Down!

Big Let Down!
The pool is NOT heated-the room that the pool is in is heated to 82 degrees. They hope that’s enough to heat the pool.Lol They do not have microwaves in the rooms. Caring Staff
Due to the laminate floor I slipped while wearing socks and suffered a cut to my forehead from hitting the nightstand when I fell plus a cut on my leg that required 13 stitches at the ER. The hotel staff were most gracious and concerned. The house cleaning staff cleaned up a bloody mess before I returned from the ER. I rate the hotel staff A+!

Better have money in the bank
Stay is nice. People are friendly. But i have 500 dollars in charges from hotel.com and holiday inn. Not sure what us going on and why this much money is on hold for an average hotel.

Water main break
When we arrived at 11pm we were told that a water main broke so there was no water. Mind you we had been on the road 6 hours and just wanted to do typical things before bed such as shower, brush teeth and use the bathroom. I know it isn’t their fault, and everything else about the room was great, but it would have been nice to at least be offered a bottle of water or two. Anything.

The room was nice and spacious, although could have been cleaned better. My kids found a beer can next to the bed and the surfaces clearly weren’t wiped down. Breakfast was good. Staff was all super friendly. Area seemed safe.

I did not stay here on the 10th. I was in Farmington on the 26th of June and was trying toe find a room for the night, while searching for a room I accidently booked this room and it was the wrong date. When I went in to the Holiday Inn the told me I was booked for July the 10 and not for June 26th. I immediately called Expedia tiled to 3 people and nobody could help me. I am 70 years old and not tech smart so when I went back in to book a room for that night they were sold out. Went to Crown Pointe Lodge and got a room. Never have got a refund for room at Holiday Inn. So I will never use the Expedia App again.

Overall the property was well kept. My only complaint is that during a Thursday through Sunday stay, the trash was never emptied or towels replaced. When I asked for help with this, the man at the desk stated that he couldn’t help me because housekeeping was gone for the day. This was disappointing and what I consider to be a lack of basic services.

A bit pricey but good
Room looked clean had a dead bug in the room, nice place felt over priced for what we got. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

My room last week was almost perfect but this stay was much less pleasant due to noise from loud guests, the elevator and laundry and I had to pay $20 more for this. However I would stay here again but would definitely ask for another third floor room and one away from the elevator and laundry. The breakfast is acceptable though needs some improvement but they have coffee/tea available 24 hours which I love.

The room we booked was listed as having both a king bed and a sleeper sofa. We arrived to find out that not only did the King jetted tub sweet not have a sleeper sofa, but the clerk(George) informed us that "They also say we are pet friendly, but we aren't ". At firat he had no rollaway beds, but after our second trip to the desk to let him know the room was leaking from the ceiling (George says "corporate just emailed to say one went back to storage") he miraculously found one. The solution was to "move to the 3rd floor because then theres nothing above you to leak" He did luckily have another room, although he was sure to inform us that if we didnt book online, wed get a cheaper rate and that we were lucky he had anything since there were 2 festivals and a wedding that weekend. The parking lot was never even half full and seemingly neithwr was the hotel. Once on the 3rd floor, there were soft spots in the floor, loose tiles, and we ended up cleaning the dried urine and feces off of the toilet seat ourselves. Breakfast was good, but that didnt make up for everything else. This one is on our do not return list.

We liked the location of the facility in relation to all destinations we had mapped out for our little trip to Farmington. It was surrounded by eating options. Our tv kept flashing off and on day two into our trip. Someone looked at supposedly, but it did it several more times. Not a huge deal, but something you should have to deal with. Our fridge did not cool at all and they replaced that too. You cannot adjust the temperature which is frustrates me. The breakfast was good. It had eggs, standard meats and other breakfast fixings. I really liked the size of the breakfast area. There was plenty of room.

Comfort and Kindness
We were traveling to atend a funeral. We found the suite to be roomy and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the front desk was responsive and professional at all times.
