It was dirty, there was a cleaning rag dirty left on top of the toilet, the tv was left on when we got to the room ...it seems like someone was just watching tv there also there was hair around the bathroom mirror, i check in very late...we stay because we were just tired to look for an other place

Well lit parking. Love the fridge & microwave in room. Good water pressure. Kinda run down look and feel of the place. Okay for an overnight stay as we were just passing through. Wont stay here greater than 1 night.

Bugs all over the room, cigarettes butts all over the parking lot. In need of major renovations. A decent cheep stay if that's what you are looking for

This place was ROUGH. Lots of loud people screaming across the parking lots, doors banging all night, and definitely a full time residence for a lot of folks, which is just downright a shame. Front desk completely unattended for almost 10 minutes (clerk was apparently out eating somewhere, then it took a full 15 minutes to get through the check in process, despite my reservation). Property was absolutely filthy, full of litter, broken glass, etc. everywhere, and in such bad disrepair! To name a few: one of the bed's headboards in my room had been ripped off the wall and not replaced, wall sconce above it smashed in, zero water pressure, no drain covers over sink/tub (and yay, there's a wet used Band-Aid clogging the sink pipe!), everything leaking, stained, burned or broken... and just nasty! On a positive note, motel is literally 5 feet from a McDonald's, if that's your thing. It's also super close to 95, which meant a thankfully quick exit out of this dump. And finally, major kudos to the housekeeping staff- the room was relatively clean considering what they had to work with!

This was very very nasty place. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Why Hotels.com would even list this place is beyond me.

Bathroom was not clean..coffee marker missing yet I had coffee grinds a tipped over cup two pre-used tissue rolls Flies flies everywhere the bed was on a metal frame like a bunkbed one thin sheet & a prison blanket plus the air conditioner didn’t get cold inside the dorm style refrigerator in the freezer was a opened box of freeze pops it’s been there so long it had freeze burn clearly house keeping hadn’t noticed I put it in the trash..Never More

Roach motel
There were roaches in the room. You can hear everything. Ambulance and the fire department showed up several times. I think people OD because there were a lot of junkies. Not from the area so I didn’t know but never again.

The condition and upkeep of the hotel looks like a Covid contributing factor. It was so unsanitary I could not stay because I was afraid of getting sick, bitten or bedbugs.

The room was okay. The floors were filthy though and the people staying at the motel were shady looking and suspicious. They were up until all hours of the night smoking marijuana and talking loudly. There were many people driving in and out of the parking lot past midnight. And there were many people walking in and out of the room next door to us.

The room was dirty. The toilet was not cleaned there was urine everywhere. We spent the first 20 minutes of arrival killing atleast 10 flys that were in the room. The beds are on metal frames and super loud. The area was great though it’s right off of 95 and behind a McDonalds Taco Bell Waffle House and gas station.

My linen on my bed looked filthy. A lot of the utilities in the room didn’t work correctly and I kept getting bit by what I believe to be bed bugs

The room was very shabby an unpleasant aroma permeated the room. The fabric chairs were stained. The towels were threadbare. Really was not much to recommend this facility

Do not stay here if you want a clean room
Horrible hotel. Very old rooms, dirty, and smelled like weed in the room. There were holes in walls and everything was dirty or falling apart. Not sure how/why Wyndham wants to attach their brand to this hotel. Most importantly, I did not feel safe here and was constantly worried about my car outside. Possibly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

sorry about your experience . according to wyndham Travelodge is graded last and its the cheapest hotel. in smoking rooms we cant keep checking who is smoking weed and all. if you were not happy you should have come to front desk and we would have been more than glad change your room.

Booked that place for just a quick overnight and found a good price. However, I travelled with my dog and they asked for an additional $20. I complained since this was not mentioned anywhere. I was asked about the dogs weight and since it’s a lab it’s a heavier dog. He told me up to 35 lbs or so it’s free. Very disappointed. Also place is dirty and loud. Yelling in the night and not cozy at all. Won’t be back.

we are sorry for your experience. we used to not charge the pet fee for whole year. but people were putting dogs in bed and ruining out bed sheets and towels. that's why we started using $20 pet fee. the check in time is from 3pm to next day 6am..how do you expect us to keep silence when guest are checking in whole night? we have 100 rooms., some may be walking there dogs like you or going to store.

Disappointing
Slow check in, confused desk clerks...no lobby, some kind of childcare. No toilet paper, hair on towels....no soap or shampoo.....paid too much.

due the the Covid we are only using night window to check in twenty-four hrs.. if the wyndham software is slow or WIFI is slow due to bad weather please bare with front desk clerk . i don't know what is paid too much you paid.. our price is same for everyone which is fifty three plus tax.

Kinda dumpy.
There was a heavy smoke smell in the air although it was advertised as a non-smoking room. The blankets had cigarette burns and when I made several calls to the front desk it was just busy. I walked down there to ask about the wifi and told it was being serviced. I don't think there was any at all. Remember it's only $64 per night with tax.

Do not stay here
Hotel has mice and one climbed in my bed. When I tried to cancel and get a refund the owner did not want to give it to me so I lost money and paid more to stay somewhere else. Hotel also has a very bad roach problem.

I stayed here with my children for 1 night on our way to NY from FL. 1st i was nervous taking my kids out of the car at 11pm with all the unsavory characters walking around. Then i go into the room, the heater/AC is broken. Both beds have numerous holes in the bed sheets, blankets, pillow cases, etc. The tub had burn marks and stains and the entire room smelled moldy and stale. But the worst part is that our door wouldn't lock properly. It batley shut and the lock mechanism was broken off and just had some AA batteries hanging from the it.

Website advertises pet stay free. I have stayed at this property several times in the past always was comfortable staff was always nice apparently they have changed from a Motel 6 to a travel lodge. I’ve never been given issues before at this location about my dogs and was never charged anything suddenly they wanted a $20 per day pet fee on the first night on the second and third night when I asked they did not charge me a pet fee well then my adult children went down to get some thing from the office and they were told that they needed $40 for a pet fee for the prior day and that day or we would need to leave. In addition to the harassment about my pets there was pizza left in the room on the floor it was so old that my dog couldn’t even chew it when he found it. There was a coating of dust all over the sink and counters refrigerator microwave absolutely everything indicating they’re doing no Covid cleaning. They were strange stains on the wall which I have contemplated if it’s blood or not. In addition they put us in a room next-door to a room that was being remodeled so all throughout the day I had to listen to drilling hammering banging and any other sounds it go along with a remodel agitating my dogs causing them to bark. I will not stay at this location ever again I will go find where the motel six moved to where pets truly are free

I am sorry for your experience. Hope you give us another chance in future. we tried pet for free for one year but every time people will let their pets sleep in beds and we cant use the bed sheets and blankets again. for that reason we started charging a small pet fee. set of 2 the bed sheets cost us $30 and blanket's cost $18 . So instead of not allowing pets at all we just charge a small fee to keep the business running. its still not recovering our losses. Thank you

Average hotel, but some dirt in the corners, and everytime we opened the fridge a puddle of water appeared on the floor. I thought the bed was lumpy. My wife liked the firm mattress. Front desk staff was pleasant. Loud trucks early in the morning. Also, the room curtains allowed light into the room - all night long. The exterior was well-lit, which was good for safety, but it was annoyingly bright in the room. They should keep the lights and get better curtains.

Nothing to fort Brag about
I know I was booking a value hotel but my expectations are that the room clean and everything works properly. The room was dirty with stained towels. The mattress was stained, how do I know that? There wasn’t even a fitted sheet on the mattress. The heating unit was so loud that it would wake me when it turned on. TV was almost blacked out with the exception of one small light spot. Over all a terrible experience.
