“My brother & wife have been coming to visit me in Brookings OR for several years and we enjoy hiking in Jedediah Smith Redwoods Park and seeing the groves there but this year we decided to travel further south to see The Avenue of the Giants. We spent 2 nights so we could see most of the groves and they were awesome. The house is located right in the middle of it all- excellent,”

“Clean and comfortable, quiet and surprisingly roomy. Thoughtfully furnished. Pool was a plus for our granddaughter, but the place would have been very nice without.”

“My husband and I stayed in the property for three nights. We traveled with my parents and adult brother. There was plenty of space for us all. It’s in a small kind of eclectic community about 10 or so minutes to downtown Eureka. There is a small diner just a few blocks away for breakfast and lunch. The drive to town was really easy. We enjoyed waking up to the water canal views from the deck each morning and just being a couple minutes walk to trails to a beach. The bedroom decor and dining...

“Nice place we had trouble with the key and the inside bathroom doorknob needs to be fixed”

“I wanted to take a bath so I got a couple of the Clorox wipes to wipe down the bath tub. The first swipe I did came up with debris and hair. It grossed me out, so I decided to take a shower. The water lapped at my ankles because there was so much hair clogging the drain!! Then I dropped something behind the nightstand and found tons of dust there. Looked clean, but was only clean in the middle. ”
