“We arrived after check in time and it still took an additional 2 hours to get our room. When we started to unpack our bags we found a half eaten pizza in one of the drawers. The front desk staff didn’t seem too concerned about it and said they would let housekeeping know. When we asked for additional toiletries, the housekeeping staff was very rude. Very disappointing experience. ”

“Definitely one of the better options in town. Close to 101, downtown, and decent food options in town. Room was clean and the staff was kind and helpful. Only negatives I see are the parking lot being a bit tight and is one way in, one way out. But they’ve done that for security reasons which you can tell they’ve made an effort beyond what other places have done. The other issue was the lack of a security latch on the door and just a standard lock on the window. Would have given more peace of...

“This was a great stay, and perfect location for our road trip. I was traveling with my 15 year old daughter, we hiked the redwoods on this leg of our trip. The beach is right across the street from the hotel, along with restaurants and stores. ”

“Our room had a smoke smell as soon as we opened the door... Probably dirty carpet smell. Then, the toilet has a hair on it. So, I cleaned that. No Air conditioning at all. You have to open a window and bring your own fan. The ceiling in the bathroom has mold spots. Did I mention, NO AIR CONDITIONING? The lobby has character with paintings of famous people that stayed here in the 60s, 70s, 80s... Continental breakfast of muffins was 630 -9 am. We opted for McDonald's. I would not stay here...

“AC worked great. Property is easy to find and has pleasant areas to walk around it. Even though the property was admittedly understaffed at the time of our stay the property was clean and maintained. Highly recommend, especially for the price. ”

“Little food options nearby. Everything was closed (including the gas station). Mold in wall above the shower. Notified the staff about it. They acted like they did us a favor by cleaning it. No laundry facilities onsite.”
