The Mustard Seed-Conveniently located w/gorgeous views @ the base of Snowbowl!!!
We are located 1 minute from Snowbowl Rd., 12 mins to downtown, 1 hour to the Grand Canyon, 1 hour to Sedona.
This guest house is set on our 2 acres sharing a driveway with the main house. The guest house is not attached to the main house and has its own patio and yard. Outdoor dining and fire pit. We live in the main home with our 3 children who are constantly outside enjoying the property.
If you are lucky you will see wildlife that frequently visits this property; elk, deer and coyotes. We are in a great location for star gazing, walking distance to hiking/biking trails and 1/2 mile from the Snowbowl shuttle which takes you up the mountain. This is a peaceful scenic retreat in a great location. We hope you enjoy our mountain home as much as we do!
The 1000 sq ft guest house is separated 70 feet away from the main house and includes, a full kitchen, living room, loft t.v. area, bedroom, office area, bathroom w/ washer/dryer. 1 queen bed, 1 queen sofa bed, 1 full sofa bed. Private patio and lawn, bbq grill, outdoor table, fire pit, patio seating. There is a shared pond between guests and homeowners. The garage attached to the guest house is not accessible by the guests and is used by the homeowners.

Wonderful Flagstaff Location!
The reason we chose this property was the proximity to Snowbowl. You can’t get any closer! We felt very at home at the Mustard Seed and you can’t beat the views from every window. There is everything you could need in the kitchen to cook a meal. The only thing I would add would be glass wine & cocktail glasses.
Upstairs is great! Beautiful views! Lots of room to spread out. One thing I would change is to put a plush king sized bed in the bedroom on a stable frame. We had a hard time sleeping in the queen bed. It was a metal frame and squeaked anytime you moved. If you are looking for a place to sleep while being in the slopes all day, this is your place. Enjoy.

Exceeded Expectations
For skiers you cant beat the location. Only minutes away from shuttle pickup zone. No traffic to contend with.
The accommodations were excellent, quiet, nicely furnished. The facility was well maintained. The property is easy to find, they are the only home on the block flying the American flag. We will stay there again on any return ski trips.

Quick ski trip
This was a perfect location for our quick trip up north. I brought my teen son and his friends and it was a perfect size for us, close to downtown and snow bowl.

Nice place to crash!
My brother and I stayed here and it was a perfect location to explore both Sedona and Grand Canyon without having to move around. Was about an hour either way.
The accomodations were great, though the kitchen was a bit sparse on cooking utinsels and some stock of spices would have been good since we cooked a few times.
Overall great place and location, would stay again for sure!

Wonderful location and extremely well done
This property felt somewhat new and was very well thought out. Extremely clean and comfortable for our family of 3 with great proximity to snow bowl and flagstaff itself. If we are ever back in this area again we would reserve this property without question.

We loved the central location for what we wanted to do. From here we traveled to Sedona, Page, and the Grand Canyon! Very quiet and peaceful location
