TV did not work. Front desk not helpful on first attempt. After second attempt, was relocated to another room. Shower drain issue and broken shade in second room. Loud teenagers playing in hallway after 11:00 pm.

Hotel itself is modern & clean, rooms are very spacious, love having a couch to relax on! The shower stall is great & hotel provides shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in dispensers in shower, which is a plus, as a lot of hotels only give you small baby size bars of soap! Only negative things were no water bottles provided in room after a long trip… and NO restaurants around area except a MacDonalds and the on-site “restaurant” is not a sit-in, dine in one, but just a bunch of tables & chairs and a bar with bar stools.. and beware of the advertising about a restaurant. It is merely a microwaved meal , no kitchen cook or staff, the front desk receptionist took our order & prepared our meal of frozen chicken wings & fries, and a turkey sandwich! She was very friendly though and brought us water for free.

Only complaint was poor (no) lighting in the parking lot or entrance to parking lot. Clean and comfortable. Great location for airport stay night before.

Staff are wonderful and helpful. It’s unfortunate that some guests are messy. The pool area had kids snacks all over the ground. Maybe a no food policy around the pool if there isn’t one already.

Great Overnight Stay
Nice customer service at the front desk. Lobby was nicely decorated, clean and welcoming. They have a Starbucks and a bar in the lobby.

Nice place to stay the night. Everything is close and great places to eat close by. Right next to Meijer so that is convenient. Nice pool and the room was clean and nice.

Nice hotel
It is a good, convenient location. Very comfortable and clean room (#133). However, all three of the dispensers in the shower were empty which meant running out to the car at 6:30 am. When brought to the attention of the woman at the front desk upon checking out, she didn’t respond at all, just handed me the receipt. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay. We will stay again when we are in the area.

Beautiful hotel, nicely decorated and clean. The man at the front desk less than friendly didn’t and didn’t seem to want to be there, let alone help guests. He didn’t give us the wifi information or even tell us what direction the room was in. The lady at the front desk in the morning was very pleasant.
