Hey Ryan, as you know, I did what I could to resolve the dryer issue. The dryer worked fine , however, did make an obnoxious noise that started the day you checked in. The appliance repair company was familiar with this type of issue after I described to them over the phone. The part would have taken 4-5 business days. On the same day you reported the issue I started to work on this and provided a reponse that I would just replace the unit. Again, I did this the exact day you reported the issue. Unfortunately our vendor could not deliver for another week(COVID supply and backlog issues), so I brought a dryer over from another unit. The dryer was not compatible with the existing wiring, so I swaped that dryer as well. This overall was just a difficult ordeal and I did my best to work through it. I even offered to wash your clothes and dry clean. I also credited you $100 so that you could do on your own. The reason for the sign related to the A/C is due to guests leaving the units running below 73 with windows and doors open. You guys actually did this during your trip as well. The garage door was left wide open with all 3 zones of cooling set to run non-stop. One of the coils froze, which cost us a few hundred dollars to resolve. I didn't mention due to the dryer issue we were working through. Anyway, houses have issues unfortunatley, and I think the owner response time and how they handle the issue is what should be rated. I resolved this quickly, credited you money and turned my head to your lack of respect to our house rules. Not sure what to say about the refrigerator- I've never encountered someone acidentally changing the program to "showroom " mode. You mentioned this to me, but said no harm done and everything was fine. The rain came through the chimney during a tropical storm?? We had someone there the same day to dry the little bit of water that streamed out. Floors are all in great condition and the house is definitely not leaning. This is clearly a guest looking for money back. We have excellent reviews on all booking platforms. Even VRBO denied your claims...

I believe there was some confusion related to the beach access- I wish guest had asked. The access is directly across Seabreeze and is walking distance. We are highly reviewed for our location on this platform as well as other booking sites. Feel free to ask me for specific beach access points relative to the house! Glad you enjoyed otherwise!
