Great location!
Great Spring Break stay in a great location. Nice neighborhood. The house has so much room for the 14 of us who stayed. Several cozy gathering rooms to spread out or hang out together. Loved the outside area where you could hang at the pool, on the dock, or take a kayak ride in the canal. Communication with the owner was easy and they were very helpful with any questions.

Truly multi-family-sized home in super location.
Corner plot in a gorgeous neighborhood. Home really suited for bringing together large families - which worked for us since we had teens and 3 children under 7 all coming together - three families. Check-in was really easy, and owner (Lance) communicated early and often prior to our arrival. Also chatted with him and his wife (Danielle) a few times during their morning walks through the area. Some favorite things about the home: 1.) Good sized pool and plenty of loungers. 2.) Super family-sized dining table that could seat us all. 3.) Water toys to use in the canals - canoe/paddleboard. Things that could have been better: 1.) A house was being built on the opposite side of the canal and so for a few hours per day there was a little noise as they banged in pylons. (I imagine that is all complete now.)

Great house close to everything
The he house was amazing and Lance was great to communicate with the entire time. We had 12 guests total and the house had more than enough room for all of us. It was very spacious and we spent the majority of our time in the pool or on the deck. The location is perfect, minutes from the beach and minutes from downtown. Couldn’t be a better location. It rained pretty heavy for a few hours but the house has a giant cover/tent in the back yard near the pool so we sat out there for a little and stayed completely dry. It was also great to sit under the covering to get some shade during the sunny days too!

Paradise
My family of 10 stayed at this paradise property. We truly enjoyed the pool, the beach, and the family time together. My son is being deployed the beginning of next year and this trip was very special to us. Thank you to Lance and his brother for the accommodations, and the quick responses when we needed something. We will definitely be back in the future.

Great Experience and Wonderful Host!
The locator was a great proximity to the beach and the house was perfect fit our large group. Lance is one of the best hosts I’ve ever rented from and I travel monthly. Totally recommend this property. Loved having a pool all to ourselves and the dock was lots of fun.

Great Winter Get-Away
Enjoyed a beautiful February week in the Florida sunshine. House had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our extended family. Pool was wonderful. Kids and adults enjoyed fishing from the dock and were treated to a surprise visit from a manatee. Management was very attentive and responsive to our needs.

Family vacation
This house is in a great location. We had 10 adults and 6 kids under 6. We had plenty of room. Big plus was every bedroom had it's own bathroom. Pool was great and we used the paddle boards and kayak often. Lance was always quick to respond when we needed something. The beach was only about a 10 minute walk (even with kids). About the only complaint was we couldn't get the ice machine in the fridge to work. It was a wonderful vacation!!

Awesome place
This house is really beautiful and set in such an incredible neighborhood. Close enough to shopping, restaurants and the beach. The pool is lovely and our older kids loved the paddle boards! Great family time in a great house!!

Seven Isles Property on Castilla Dr.
Large house with great pool area with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and the main channel. Walk to the beach is about 10 to 12 minutes away along Los Olas Avenue. House is also located just a mile east of the great restaurants on Los Olas. Easy access via car, walking, or the on-site rentable golf cart. Excellent host who met us on arrival. Lance is a great host who is easy to talk to and quick to meet any needs. We had a great time Lance!!

Great beach trip
Bachelor’s trip with 10 men and this house offered everything you could want/need. Highly recommend the golf cart rental for getting around. Wonderful stay.

Best house
Lance was the BEST. Was so responsive -- answered my questions before and during the stay IMMEDIATELY. The house is exactly as pictured, being so close to downtown Las Olas and the beach was amazing. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, there were instructions everywhere so I felt like everything was covered, and Lance was so accommodating and made sure everything was going well. He sent instructions before and during our stay for everything you could think about. I planned my sister's bachelorette party there with 15 girls (!!) and everyone had a great time. I would highly recommend and I hope to be back!

5 Star, Incredible Experience
Can’t say enough great things about this listing and the owners. Incredible location close to the beach, beautiful house, and great communication with the owner before, during, and after our stay. The property was immaculate. We had 11 people stay comfortably for a long weekend and everyone had a blast. Make sure you rent the golf carts because they are a great way to get around town! Can’t wait to come visit again.

Keith, thank you for you review:-) I have had 128 5-star reviews and your review is 1 of only 3 3+star reviews. Being a 10+ year super host is something I earned and I take very seriously. So even though I do appreciate your review I would have to disagree. 1. You said you “Couldn’t use the putting green” How? It’s brand new and we provide 2 putters and 10 golf balls. I wish you would have explained when you were here how that was because the guest that checked in right after enjoyed it and used it quite well. Golf can be a frustrating sport and it is not for everyone. 2. You said “A rat ran around our backyard dock”. Well our home is waterfront in the most luxurious subdivision on Las Olas. Your “rat” was most likely an iguana. Anyone who lives on the water (lake, ocean, pond or canal) understands that wildlife lives in all bodies of water. If I rented a home in Tennessee on a pond I would never complain about frogs croaking in the pond, that complaint wouldn't make sense . Our waterway canal is connected to the ocean and we have all sorts of awesome wildlife living in the canals including iguanas, fish, manatees and other animals. It comes with the territory of living here and we don't control iguanas or what lives in the ocean/canal. 3. You said 1 of our 4 rand new ACs didn’t work well and the fridge leaked. I wish you would have mentioned either of these anytime during your stay so I could have addressed the issue for you. Since you checked out I have not had any other guest complain about either of these issues. however to be proactive I had my AC guy go over to check out all 4 new AC units and also our fridge. He could not find any evidence of either of these complaints either: next time you are in town please contact me so we can go over together and you can show me what you are talking about. 4. You are correct. Our cleaning team did found evidence of ants in the home after your group checked out. I had not had this problem before your group arrived. The cleaning team said your group left food on the counters, left the home extremely dirty and didn’t follow check out procedures. They charged me an extra $300 in cleaning and trash charges. I had a company get rid of the ants and they said ants show up when guest leave food out all over the home for consecutive days. So for future reference this can happen when you leave food out in the kitchen. Again thank you for the review and I wish you all of the best. Respectfully, Lance

Fort Lauderdale Getaway
Really cool property with plenty of space for our family of 7 adults and 4 children ages 3 and under. The two “wings” were perfect for creating quiet space for sleeping children while the adults were still up. Heated swimming pool was excellent with fence around for child protection. Location really nice for both the beach and Las Olas Blvd. Did have a few ants on property but not a problem for us. The property manager Leo and the owner were responsive and great to work with. Great vacation. Thanks.

Accommodating and plenty of room
We utilized the property to host a mastermind for my Amazon Private Label sellers community - The Seller Systems Inner Circle. We were able to divide into smaller groups and find plenty of room to work. After work the property had a pool table, grill, and pool as well as other amenities to entertain. The kayaks and paddle boards were a little difficult to launch and I didn’t reserve the golf cart in advance, but the host was a great communicator. Overall the property met our needs and my guests were happy.

Great for a group!
We rented this property for a bachelorette weekend and it was THE BEST stay! The location is perfect - decent walk but easy Uber to everywhere. The view of the canal was lovely. The pool was perfect, we spent the whole weekend in there! I'm pretty sure it's natural salt water so no chlorine to mess with your hair for the weekend fellow bachelorette parties! The property managers were accommodating and so responsive. Highly recommend staying at this property if you're looking for a Fort Lauderdale getaway!

Fantastic Time!
We had a bachelorette party of 13 women and everyone enjoyed their stay. Leo, the property manager, accommodated an early check in which was so helpful since we were having groceries delivered. Walking distance/short uber to everything - we LIVED in the pool. Great hangout space, but also areas to get away to get some sleep. I loved the fact that the house didn't carry noise, so early risers could congregate in the kitchen, or living room and people upstairs still slept. It had everything you could possibly need - so fun and would definitely stay again!

Awesome Stay in Ft. Lauderdale!
We had a group of 14 stay for a bachelor party and the stay at Seven Isles was a great time! The house was in great shape, had plenty of space, and had everything we needed for the weekend. The amenities were amazing. It was the perfect location for a quick walk to the beach or the several bars and restaurants in Las Olas and the pool sitting right on the canal couldn't be beat! Leo was an excellent host! He greeted us when we checked in, gave us a quick tour of the property, insight on local restaurants, and where to get the essentials which was incredibly helpful. He was in contact with us from the evening before check-in up through check-out and was always available throughout the weekend to answer any questions we had. Whether you're considering a group trip and want to enjoy the best Las Olas has to offer or need plenty of space for a family vacation I would highly recommend the stay!

Repeat stay is still amazing
We stayed at this house in 2018 and again in 2021. Both times it was a wonderful experience. Leo, the house manager ,was very accommodating and accessible. The house was very clean and it is in a perfect location. My friends and family had a perfect stay for a nice long extended weekend. WIll defnitiely book again.

What a great escape! We spent most of our time in the beautiful backyard - in the pool, lounging on the dock on the canal, or playing bocce ball...there was really no need to leave the house! All Smiles!
We had 10 guests ranging between 22 and 70 in age. The best compliment that I can give for our trip came from the well traveled 70 year old in our group who daily declared that this was the best vacation ever! Seven Isles is an upscale neighborhood in Fort Lauderdale lined with beautiful homes, cars, and boats! It is a mile to Fort Lauderdale beach with its great restaurants, farmers market, and beach! I would highly recommend renting a boat while here. Exploring the intracoastal and rivers was a highlight for all of us. Lou was wonderful to work with. When you have a house this large with this many patrons there is going to be something needed and Lou responded both professionally and in a timely manner. Thank you Lance for sharing your wonderful home with us and to Lou for being an accomplished Innkeeper! Stu, Mickey, friends and family!

Bachelorette Weekend in Paradise
Our stay was AMAZING! For the time we arrived Leo greeted us, answered all of our questions, and gave great ideas of things to do. We requested law care and within hours it was completed. Lance, the owner, also called and checked in on us. Everything you need is at the house!! We spent most of our time in the backyard enjoying the pool, hammock, and the canal. We also rented a private yacht that picked us up at the house, which was awesome!! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

Amazing location, accommodating management
It is a beautiful property with a great outdoor area that allows for rented boats to pick you up from the dock. The manager, Leo, kindly let us check in many hours earlier to accommodate our morning arrival. It's about a 20 minute, easy walk to the beach and bars/restaurants. Great set-up for all kinds of groups.

Great location
The location was amazing. The outdoor area was perfect. The bedroom layout was good for our needs with 2 families. There was just a bit of deferred maintenance that was needed with the property, nothing that lessened our experience dramatically.

Wonderful Inpromptu vacation
Great family getaway for a family of Nine. Location was excellent and so was the property. It was hard to motivate the kids to do anything but swim and hang out at the house.

Fabulous!!!!!
The house is beautiful!!! The pool and patio are awesome and the bocce court and pool table were a very nice plus. we all had an amazing time! The sleeping accommodations were great. With so many bedrooms and bathrooms it was comfortable for everyone. I can't say enough about Leo and his attentiveness and service. He is by far the best property manager I have ever worked with. He was very helpful, kind, and responded immediately to any questions I had. I highly recommend this property. All 11 of us agreed that we would stay here again in a second!!!!

Location Location Location
This property is in the perfect location. Not more than a 5-10 minute Uber to the beach or downtown Fort Lauderdale. The property manager was very accommodating with my group arriving sporadically throughout the day and being flexible with his schedule to meet our needs. Overall the house was great and the location was perfect.

We traveled from the keys for a three day conference on Fort Lauderdale beach. We rented this house because it had several rooms and several bathrooms. The location was perfect less than a mile to the beach and most attractions.

Terrific Stay
We had a wonderful stay at the Las Olas Isles. There were about 16 of us throughout a long weekend for a bachelor party. The house was great. Plenty of room for all of us with plenty to do. Leo is a great property manager and checked in with us frequently to ensure everything was going smoothly. I can't think of any negatives of staying here except not wanting to go home. Leo even left a few beers in the fridge for us upon check in to get the party started. I have received multiple messages from all those that attended thanking me for setting up such a great weekend. I can't wait until the next time!

Vacay
We were excited for our vacation. The house was nice but the only issue was the AC in one part of the house was not working when we got there. I let the manager know and he did say the AC company would be there in the morning. But our guest had to spend the first night sleeping without AC. It was fixed the next morning. But would have thought the owner/manager would have offered a discount for thr first night. We have rental property and if AC breaks we offer a hotel for the night or a prorated discount. Other than that the house and location was great.

Thank you so much for staying with us and I apologize for 1 of the 4 AC units not working correctly for 9 hours through the night. As you might know with a home as large as ours with 4 AC units there is a chance that this might happen. Thank you for noticing our fast response and how we addressed the issue by 9am early the next morning after hearing about it at 11pm that previous night. Wonderful Vacation Rental
My family rented this home for a reunion in early April. The property is beautiful, extremely clean and is very conveniently located near beaches and the Las Olas area. This home offers lovely access to the canals and has a beautiful pool and outdoor entertaining area. The owner was a pleasure to work with and answered all questions prior to our signing the contract. The property manager, Leo Morales, also responded immediately to all of our questions or concerns. We had a number of small children at the reunion so we're concerned with water safety. The back yard is fenced to include a fence along the canal. In addition, the owner installed a 5' fence around the pool for additional safety. The refund was also processed according to the contract terms. We would rent this home again if we return to the Lauderdale area for future family gatherings and would recommend it to others seeking a wonderful vacation rental.

Amazing home and weekend
A group of recently stayed at the home and everything was top notch. The home has everything you need and comfortably slept everyone. Leo the property manager got us in early and thoroughly walked through the home with us to show all its amenities. He was prompt to answer texts with questions we had all weekend and when we got to the home it was spotless. The location of the property is perfect. Walking distance to shops and beach and just a short Uber ride downtown. We are already planning another trip. Thanks for everything!

Birthday Lalapalooza!
My gosh, where to begin…Leo, who manages the property was phenomenal! We were stuck! Where to store perishables between first rental to this one.? Leo met us four hours before check in and acted as our personal 'butler'. I have traveled the world and was never more impressed with a staff member's friendly, accommodating and gracious welcome. This occasion was a family reunion and celebration of my 70th birthday. There were 25 of us. We rented two homes in the Las Olas area. This house was the 'hub'. Everyone was delighted with it; pool, BBQ, pool table, proximity to the beach, roomy well appointed kitchen and nearby "Coconuts' restaurant: (coconut shrimp, Yum!) etc. We had brunches together, two dinners, a 'Native' hula show (put on by all brothers, uncles, dads, grandpas) the children will cherish their memories! I catered a phenomenal sushi 'boat' from "Asia Bay" for center the piece of our Big Saturday night celebration. It was impressive. Our last day was 'fend for yourself': Beach, Everglades, shopping??? Almost everyone stayed around the house and pool because no one wanted the experience of bonding with family, babies, memories to end. At 5:30 we shared a fiesta farewell with 'make your own tacos', a piñata, and gran finale—a native 'hula dance' (all men required to participate!) I awoke at 3 am last night picturing my shy 74 year old brother, shirtless, doing the hula and gyrating his hips! So, where else could you make such amazing memories in the sunny, sunny shine along a sparkling pool, adjacent to wondrous homes and yachts?? Do I recommend this location, guess you know. Absolutely, YES!

Amazing Property & Location
Stayed here as a large group as we were getting married on Fort Lauderdale beach on Feb 9th, upon arrival we were greeted & shown around the lovely house by Leo. It was immaculate & in a great central location, it became very clear very soon that this house was looked after with pride. The outside pool area exceeded our expectations with a BBQ area & lots of sun bathing beds & areas. There is a decking area by the river with different seating for eating, eating breakfast watching the sun come up was amazing. The pool was well maintained & very clean, inside the house the bedrooms were big and roomy with ensuite showers. The downstairs kitchen/games room was perfect & again so well looked after you could tell the owners take pride in this property to maintain it to a very high standard. Upon departing Leo wanted to come & see us off, what a top guy he was shaking all our hands & wishing us all well. After our cruise vacation we rented another home but forgot a jacket that we left in this house, we contacted Leo & he found located the jacket & personally delivered it to our second home that we rented, what service & a genuine really nice guy. We can`t speak highly enough of this property & Leo, it really did exceed our expectations & the reason why we didn`t go back to this house after our cruise before we flew home was because it wasn`t available, instead we rented a home in Wilton Manors which disappointed us compared to this lovely home. It’s been at least 25 years since my whole family stayed together under one roof for a weekend getaway. I searched for the perfect house in the perfect location when I stumbled along this property. It was important to me find the perfect place. I spoke with Lance and everything sounded amazing. My family and arrived to the property on Friday, we were greeted by Leo who showed me around the property. Leo, was Thorough And assured me if there was any issues he would address them. I’m happy to say everything was ansolu perfect and such an amazing weekend with my family. The pictures are exactly as you see them. There were 8 of us staying there. The house is so big, it never felt crowded. Now for the location, wowwwwww, it doesn’t get much better then this one. My mom, who stayed with us is 86 years old, she was able to walk from the house to the beach right down the road. Use of the kitchen was great, Sunday we had a family BBQ with other family members and friends. We had the best time. Lance, thank you for your hospitality, LEO, thank you for marking this the best weekend my family could have hoped for. You helped make it happen. Thank you,

It was amazing
Our stay at this property was absolutely amazing. Most of our time was spent by the pool area or in the kitchen. For the most part the house lives up to everything in the pictures. There are a few things that need fixing but not enough to make me not come back. It was 9 of us total and I felt like it was too much house lol. We never got in the way of one another. Leo was a true gem and very very responsive. The only thing I would say is a few new pots and pans would have made my life easier. The ones on the property weren’t that great. This property was definitely a grade A
