Dear Pamela Thank you very much for taking time to write a review of your recent stay at our hotel. We do apologize if you thought the noise from the AC was a disturbance. The AC unit was recently replaced brand-new and working fine, however it is a wall-mounted AC and makes louder noise than central AC. We could accommodate you and your family in our spacious one bedroom apartment and we offered it, but this is an upgrade room and the price is slightly different. As for room cleanliness and ceiling fan, those were not mentioned to us at the time of conversation. We checked the fan and it was working fine. Prior to check-in we double check rooms to make sure our rooms are immaculate. We apologize if your room was not up to your expectations.
