This is an old Florida property that is really charming. The rooms are nice and well stocked with kitchen items for eating and cooking. The view is the best. You can sit on waterfront area and watch beautiful boats and yachts pass by and is really a nice view being right on the water. The pool is heated and there is a grill for cooking. It’s just really a nice place. No crowds like in a large hotel and affordable.

This place was great! My family had a great time. Perfect little get away, apartment 10 was in a good spot. We had a good time sitting on the dock side on our patio area.Kids had a good time in the pool. Very nice inside. Would stay there again!

An absolutely beautiful place to stay and the staff was so nice! We would definitely go back! The ONLY negative thing to say is the beds weren’t so comfy but everything else was absolutely amazing!!

Awesome relaxing trip! Very quiet area Away from the “hub bub” yet only a 5 minute walk to the beach! Great exchange for the beautiful views of the all the yachts and boats on the waterway Lots of outdoor space to enjoy. The building is older but very tastefully updated and clean. We had apt 29. Very nice place with a. little balcony over the waterway. Would definitely stay here again!

Mycket fint boende med gångavstånd till stranden.
Fantastiskt läge vid en kanal och bara 200m till Atlanten med en fantastisk fin strand. Extremt dyrt att hyra parasoll + 2 solstolar (50$ / dag). Flera grillar fanns tillgängliga (ganska dåliga). Nära Fort Lauderdale centrum.

Terrific place to stay
My daughter and I found Holiday Isle Yacht Club comfortable, clean, quiet and pleasantly different than a hotel "room." The units are serviced apartments. The grounds are beautiful and well-kept. The property is located on the intercoastal waterway with plenty of room for sunning oneself, catching a water taxi or grilling out. There are different sized apartments. I did not like to have to pay to park. The cost is $10 a day. The walk to the beach is seven-tenths of a mile. Great exercise and allows for a quieter surrounding by not being located on the beach.

Love this spot. Quiet location and venue. Walk to all Ft. Lauderdale has to offer. Located in North Beach Village. Short walk to beach. Units supply beach towels and chairs and umbrella's. Each unit is different. Some are fancier ($$) than others. Clean towels every other day. Staff very responsive. Peaceful and restful vacation spot. We vist each year. We love being in the Intercoastal to relax and watch the sunset. They also have a lovely pool and use of grills. On-site laundry facilities also available.

We had a wonderful stay, would definitely be staying here again. We booked a one bedroom with full kitchen. A/C worked well, very comfortable, and clean. We enjoyed drinking a beer and looking over the canal in the hotel's grounds. Be aware, the office has specific hours for checking in. Consider giving them a phone call prior to your visit to ensure they will be open when you arrive.

Passamos por 3 noites e adorei o local. São apartamentos de 1 E 2 dormitórios, todo montado para você cozinhar e descansar. O local estava limpo e arrumado , o apartamento que fiquei foi de número 30 com vista para o canal ,tomamos café da manhã todos os dias na varanda. Eles não tem recepção 24 horas ,mas fui muito bem atendida nos momentos que precisei.com certeza vou programar mais dias para meu retorno

Vi bodde i en tvårumms lgh med Balkong mot kanalen så var mycket fin och rymlig med bra kök och två badrum. Fullt utrustat rekomenderas!

It was a big minus that the office at the hotel closes at 2 o'clock in the afternoon. We tried the tel.nos that were given but nobody answered. There was something wrong with the TV and we couldn't get an internet access to start with. Finally we succeeded but it took too long time of our time. And - there was a lizard in our shower!!! I was not happy with that. There were no shops or restaurants close by so you have to be in a car for everything.

Great location, great staff!
Hotel staff was the nicest and best I experienced during my two weeks in Florida. I stayed at three other hotels over the course of two weeks and they were the best. Location was great for this price range in ft Lauderdale.

Great spot on the Intercoastal. Short walk to the beach. Nice pool. Lovely end of day sunset location. Short walk to the beach. Away from the noise on the strip. Short walk to north village. Right near Bonnet House.

This is a fantastic, little, low key hotel in a very convenient location. We were in apartment 12, which was a spotless clean one bedroom with a king bed in the bedroom and n large leather sofa bed in the living room. Also had an updated modern kitchen, beach chairs, umbrellas, utelsils and dishes. Really awesome. Great staff too. I will be back for sure. Deidre, stayed there 8/20 for a week.

vi besøkte holiday isle yacht club for andre gang, hotellet er stille og rolig med et fint basseng og et meget koselig uteområde. det er grill til fri benyttelse,solsenger og sittegrupper med plass til alle gjester. du blir godt tatt i mot og alle ansatte er veldig hyggelige. gratis parkering og wifi.leiligheten vi hadde var meget sor med to soverom og to bad samt stue og kjøkken med alt av kjøkkenredskaper.det er en liten kjøretur til nærmeste publixbutikk på sunrise boulevard. 5 min å gå til de meget fine strendene i fort lauderdale. absolutt et sted vi vil tilbake til

Nice but more Reception needed.
This is a pleasant, simple water-side apartment-hotel - nothing fancy. Kitchens are very well-equipped. Rooms are large. My only quibble is that Reception closes at 2.00. There isn't always someone there during opening hours. The one time I called the number after-hours, I got no answer.

Wonderful place to stay
The hotel is located right on the causeway and boats go through. It's beautiful. The service was warm and friendly. The staff let us check in hours early and hours late, and were extremely accommodating. The pool area is very nice and the rooms are essentially suites.

Bedroom was Tiny. Only room for queen bed.
No chest of drawers or dresser to store clothing. Spent 10 days out of suitcase. Six blocks to walk before we could catch th trolley to eat. Nice swimming pool. It was heated.

Quiet & relaxing accommodation on the intercoastal
Just back from a lovely two week break for Christmas and New Year 2014/2015 at the HIYC. The apartment was very comfortable with every convenience that you would associate with home. The grounds are well kept and the swimming pool is heated. There are two sun decks that overlook the intercoastal and watching the super boats go by whilst sipping a glass of wine is very relaxing and just makes you think what a great location the HIYC has.

Trivsamt läge med direkt brygga mot Intercoastal med alla passerande fartyg. Nära till stranden samtidigt. Bra bemötande - parasoll och badhanddukar tillhandahölls för bad såväl i pool som hav. Extra plus för att vi tilläts ha kvar rummet efter ordinarie utcheckningstid - vilket underlättade mycket för oss.

Fantasktisk utsikt och utmärkt läge
Bodde på hotellet i 3 veckor under sensommaren 2014. Hade en underbar vistelse på detta hotell som ligger helt perfekt till om man vill ha en lugn och skön semester. Vi var där under lågsäsong och hade i princip det välskötta poolområdet för oss själva. Det som kändes lite tråkigt var att lägenheten vi bodde i upplevdes som den skulle behöva en smärre renovering samt att det ej fanns någon takbelysning i något av rummen vilket gjorde att lägenheten kändes mörk. Renligheten i lägenheten kan vi säga var under all kritik då det var hundhår överallt och då menar jag överallt, soffan och mattorna var täckta av det. Vi trodde först att min sambo var förkyld men då han är allergisk mot djur så förstod vi till slut att det var allergin han mådde dåligt av. Det gjordes ej heller några försök till att ta bort hundhåren under den tiden vi vistades där och då går ändå hotellet ut med att det skall vara djurfritt! Förutom detta har jag inget annat att säga än positiva saker om detta hotell och återkommer gärna (men då till en annan lägenhet)!
