Beach vaca
Condo was nice and clean. Had everything we needed. Having the pool open, construction finished, shops and restaurants open would have been nice.

my stay
Everyone should know that this is still very much a construction zone requiring wavers to be signed. The unit was very clean and was definitely on the Gulf. The kitchen area is very small, better suited for warming up than cooking.

Christmas getaway
Great view, a little disappointed with the pictures, it did not show the entire destruction of the hurricane, but overall we still had an amazing time

Beautiful view
We enjoyed our week at this condo. It has a beautiful and unobstructed view of the gulf. It is in an excellent location, far enough away from the crowds to relax. The condos are very quiet and it has a relaxing atmosphere. The balcony was our favorite part and we spent a lot of time there. The bed was very comfortable and it has a large TV. The elevators were fast and we never waited long. The pool was nice and warm, although a little smaller than we preferred. The pool closing at 8pm didn’t make sense to us and we wished that it stayed open a little longer. The condo provided lots of beach equipment and that was very helpful. The beach itself is very narrow most of the day when the tide is in. It would’ve been nice to have a dishwasher in the unit and we felt that there was way too many pieces of furniture for such a small condo. I would recommend bringing washcloths and towels because the unit only provides a few and there isn’t a washer/ dryer in the unit. My biggest concern was the lack of water pressure in the shower but that wouldn’t stop me from returning. We really enjoyed our week in this condo.

Great Vacation Rental
Property was exactly as described and has everything you need. Plenty of beach stuff, chairs, umbrella, coolers, sand toys, and a wagon to haul everything. 6th floor has great views of the beach and ocean. The pool was perfect. Two Tiki bars just down the beach. We walked to everything. Location is far enough away from Times Square (about 5 miles) so nice and peaceful - which is what we wanted. Perfect vacation!!

Beautiful Beach Condo on 6th floor with balcony towards océan
Condo is perfect for any couple and has pool and beach out the back just steps away. Location was great being on lower side of Fort Myers Beach. Definitely à good choice

Great location and view
Right on the beach and walking distance to several local restaurants. No dishwasher and bathtub could use some updating but clean. Entry with code was a bonus!

Sea Breeze Rental Co Estero Beach and Tennis
Rental unit not clean upon arrival. Rental company did send someone to clean right away. Also we were not updated on the code for the building which had changed the day before. View was fabulous and bed was comfortable.

Loved this condo. Newly redone. Very nice. Also the Estero Beach and Tennis Club is a nice resort! Right across from Santini Plaza. Five stars for sure!!!
