Soggiorno di 10 giorni con la famiglia. L'appartamento molto ben tenuto e pulito con una vista spettacolare sul golfo dal 17 piano. Logisticamente ideale. Molto consigliato

The property and the people running were awesome. The experience was the best. The place had all the amenities it described in the text and the place looked even better in person then seen in the pictures. Tiki bar pool spa area lead right to beach. Love the set up. Take your families there for vacation. Perfect for kids. Take your wife there for the honeymoon. Perfect for that too. The place was beautiful. An experience I’ll never forget!

The sheets was not change . To sleep on the bed I have to buy my own sheets to stay in a hotel for four days I do not address the issue because I don’t need no issues on my vacation. It is what it is.

Our last name was misspelled in their system. So after a 12 hour drive and of course payment we was told it was our problem not theirs. A 20 minute argument later we was given our room and the remainder of our stay was great.

I am very sorry about the mix up at check in. I understand driving for 12 hours is stressful, and to have this as your arrival experience is frustrating. I am glad to hear that other than this, your stay was enjoyable and you had a great stay. We hope you will return soon and stay with us again.

The property had nice amenities and was in a good location. I did not think the hallways and room was as clean as it should have been. We also saw several roaches in our room which is not acceptable at all!!!!

Awesome Experience!
Everyone was so nice and helpful. I wish we would have known to rent our beach chairs sooner. That tip on the website would be helpful to know that it was an additional fee and can be paid ahead of time. Definitely plant to return to Pelican Beach Resort soon!

This was our first time staying at this property, and we will most definitely be back! Easy check-in, clean, conveniently located, great views of the beach, and plenty of amenities. They even have a little cafe on site and tiki bar with reasonably priced food and drinks. We were able to walk directly to the water park and Alvin’s Island across the street if we wanted any additional entertainment or shopping. Thanks for the great stay, Pelican Beach Resort!

I wished the condo had amenities for me to use for example, laundry soap as they had a washer and dryer, conditioner as shampoo was provided.lounge chair that wasnt broken.

Staff was very friendly and helpful in resolving a conflict that developed concerning the original booking period. Our room had a fantastic view of the Gulf. But far too many people. Building is massive and existing elevators can’t handle crowds that were present.

We had a great stay, the couple drawbacks we encountered were 1. We weren't allowed to have all 6 of our grandkids visit for a beach day. They live nearby but since our unit was only for up to 6 people, we were only allowed 4 additional people so they didnt come at all. 2. The entrance to the resort needs to be opened up a bit, we almost missed it a couple times. 3. The Café was nice but they need to clean up the tables inside/outside more often. I had to wash our table off before we could eat at it. All in all it was a nice stay, good central location and that beach! Cant beat it!!

The hotel could use some updating but it has a lot of amenities. He would’ve loved it if the tiki bar were open and the café, but apparently these are not available off-season. That was not very clear at the time of booking. The area is a little built up but everything is very convenient.

Mold in shower, unit needed paint throughout, outdated and uncomfortable furnishings, lost water for twelve hours one day, no restaurant (advertises a cafe on site, but it is really a service unit you would find in a gasoline station). Could go on... This is not a “ resort” by any standard, more like a two star hotel. Too bad for it has a very good beach site.

I wouldnt stay here again if you paid me. The pool is filthy, the stove in the unit did not work. There was visible mold and we were kindly greeted by a cockroach immediately upon arrival. And the topper, we went without water for 2 days. No water. I reached out to the front desk as well as the manager and was promptly hung up on. Do not stay here.

Once the second hot tub was up and running it was pretty good. The big hot tub shut down at dusk which was a bummer. The regular pools were cold. No beach or pool towels provided.

Good rooms. Amenities need some work.
Great resort. Comfortable rooms. The pool facing the ocean closes at dark which is too soon and the hot tub was not hearing and has apparently been broken a while. If you don’t rent a chair you will not be able to relax on the beach and see the ocean. They have 5 Rows of chairs covering the entire beach. Unless you rent the 1st row you won have a view. Also cafe closes at 4 so if you want a pizza for dinner you have to eat early.
