Family vacation
It was a wonderful stay. Perfect for our family. We had a minor issue with the dryer, the belt broke. We called the number listed after hours and they had someone there early the next morning to fix it. Super friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic property in a desirable complex!
This was truly a standout property. We had a pretty full party, totaling 6 adults and 3 babies, and yet didn't feel cramped at all. The condo was in great shape when we arrived and was in the perfect location. Being on the ground floor allowed us to come and go as we pleased without having to worry about elevators or stairwells for the kids. It's also conveniently located directly across from the splash pad on the property which our girls absolutely LOVED. Fort Walton Beach is a great area and finding a property like this was very fortunate. The owners were polite, helpful, and very responsive throughout our stay. I highly recommend this unit for anyone interested in a smooth experience at an awesome location!

Overall run down.
AC never got cooler than 76. Dryer vent so clogged that even after property maintenance came and vacuumed out dryer vent we still couldn’t dry clothes. Vent was packed all the way to the outside vent. No kitchen towels at all. Oven so dirty that when we preheated to cook pizza the fire alarm went off. Floors and baseboards made our feet black. Maintenance did make an extra trip out to mop at least some of the floors. We had a toddler who wanted a bath in the big tub and there was no drain plug.

Location, Location
We spent 6 nights in this unit, the location is perfect especially with smaller children. It is on the ground level so it has easy access to the pools and beach, no stairs or elevator to climb or wait on. We was always able to park our car right outside our front door.

Great spot for families
Great spot for families with easy access to pools and beach. Beach chair service was utilized daily and much appreciated! Unit was clean and cutely updated. Tiles and grout and paint could use some touchups throughout the unit. If we stayed at this location again I'd pay more for a unit with an ocean view. If the view isn't of importance to you its a great spot!

Winter Get Away
Met up with my mom and kids here for the holidays. The cold front was uncomfortable but we loved the big table for meals and playing games. The queen bunk beds gave us so much space too.

Amazing Location!
This is our second time to Waterscape but first time renting this condo. It was absolutely wonderful and the host was so easy to work with. Our boys loved being on the ground floor right outside of the splash pad. The weather was wonderful and we spent so much time just relaxing here. We are already booked to come back in July!

Great place for a family vacation
Lots of stuff for the kids to do, house was great for the amount of people there. Only problem was the security walking around the pool were rude about a 4 year old and her bracelet for the pool. Made the stay a little frustrating but over all great place and would recommend it to others

Location is perfect
The only problem we had is that my sons family had cockroaches in their bedroom. My son called someone and they had pest control come out immediately but then we found more and my grandkids wouldn't sleep in that room. We think the problem is that the room is close to trash bin. Otherwise the accommodations were great.

Family vacation
This property was perfect for our family vacation!! They have activities each day for the little ones and beautiful pools for the older ones!! The pirate show they had for the little ones was a fun surprise for my grandson!! I would definitely stay here again.

Ideal Condo for Families, In Need of Deep Clean
Our family of nine was looking for a ground-level condo that accommodated lots of children, and this unit fit the bill! The bunk beds were a big hit, as was the bench seating in the dining area. We loved being so close to the kiddie pools, and we appreciated the safe, family friendly environment of Waterscape! As this was our second time at Waterscape, we were disappointed that the overall cleanliness of the unit did not meet expectations, as it had a few years ago. Upon entry, there was sand on the tile floors, and the kitchen and bathrooms were in need of a good deep clean. It seems the walls could use some touch up paint, and it should be noted that there is no dresser in the bedroom with the queen over queen bunk beds.

Great location!
Although the place needed cleaned up a bit, especially in the bathrooms upon arrival, the location of the condo is spectacular! Check in was a breeze and Waterscape is a great family friendly location! Overall I would stay here again!

3rd year visitors
This is our third year staying at this property. Love waterscape and the space the condo provides for us. Never have we been disappointed in the past. Everything had always been very well maintained as well as clean. I am going to chalk it up to hopefully, a new cleaning service was hired and they are working out the kinks on how to properly clean the property. A good coat of paint through out wouldn't hurt. Possibly purchasing new pans, since everything sticks to them from eggs to simply burning a grilled cheese in 5 minutes. Providing a dresser in bunkbed room would be perfect, not all clothing can be put on hangers. I noticed as soon as I walked in the door, with sand and dust sitting on top of the trim running on the floors throughout the condo. Dust covered the ceiling fans, Master bedding had stains on it. Detergent caked up in the washer. Showers still needed to be touched up on the flooring around the bases. Dust balls and sand under the area rug, couch entertainment center, dressers and night stands. Chairs and sand toys are always there when we arrive from previous families, which is really nice not having to pack up all our chairs and sand toys for vacation. Ground floor parking and convenience make this condo a good deal in itself. It is along haul to the beach with kids in tow. Everything is a short drive away. So close to harbor village and crab island!

Clean ground level condo, easy access to pool
We've stayed at Waterscape several times, and this unit has been out favorite so far. It's ground floor, which we loved for easy access to beach/pool. The condo itself was very clean, I had to email/text either the managers or owners a few times prior to staying and they respond very quickly. The unit itself was very clean, stocked with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this unit and will definitely request to book this specific unit again in the future.

Unit was clean and well taken care of. Liked the main floor access. Easy to get in and out of with close proximity to the pool and ocean. If traveling to the Destin area would recommend staying here.

Break from the corona
First stay since governor allowed rentals to open back up and it was very much what we needed. Very roomy, clean, stylish, everything we needed and more was in condo. We loved how convenient it was to the pools and beach. Lost a pair of Apple iPods 😞. Would definitely stay here again.

C200 was fabulous!
The owners were quick to respond in our renting process. They kept us up to date with check in and check out procedures. We loved the ground floor with our family of 8 which included our 2 year old grandchild. No elevators needed, awesome! We were able to park very close to our room in covered parking, which helped with loading and unloading. We had plenty of towels and start up supplies. They even had a small dish detergent and two dish washer tabs. 2 rolls of paper towels and 6 rolls of toliet paper. The washer and dryer were very nice too. The resort was 5 star! It had several pool areas that were great for kids and adults. Plus hot tubs and lazy river! We enjoyed the fudpuckers grill for snacks and drinks. I loved the way the rental chairs were set up in a horse shoe design for a clear ocean view. We will be back!!!

Fantastic time!
This was our 2nd trip to Waterscape, always a good time for the kids and adults. There is so much to do at the resort- pools, splashpads, beautiful beaches. Publix is nearby and great restaurants too. This was our first trip with a large group so we rented C200; which is a great condo- there is parking immediately outside the door so you don’t have to carry everything so far. The 2 bedrooms with king size bed and the queen bunks plus twin bunk rooms fit our extended family perfectly. We were glad to each have our own bathroom as well. The dining room table even fit the whole family and we enjoyed the nearby grill for cooking dinners. We all had a great time and many compliments from our family as this was the first time for them to visit. The kids (and adults) were so sad to leave.

Sizable room with all amenities possible. David Jenn was quick to respond with questions and concerns. The decor is so pleasing and makes you feel like you are at the beach. Small enough to enjoy each others' company, yet large enough for private spaces.

Great Vacation Condo
We have been coming to Waterscape for 9 years! We stayed in C-200 two years ago and again in May. It is a great location with the grass area for kids to play on and is near the zero entry kiddie pool. Parking and unloading is very convenient. My only suggestions would be a small table in the bathroom that has only a pedestal sink and nowhere to put anything. We are renting C-200 again next year and looking forward to fun and sun at Waterscape.

Relaxing Beach Vacation
We had a blast at Waterscape resort, right on the ocean, with beautiful pools and white sand!

Great condo and location
The condo was roomy enough for our large family, and everyone enjoyed the stay. Ground floor unit was great for easy access out to the pools and beach...and it gave us added room to sit outside the patio and onto the grass. Owner Dave was very thorough and friendly with simple instructions. We did report to him a small problem with the shower door and the living room curtains, but no big deal. Would like to come again.

Absolutely wonderful time, condo and staff on grounds were both wonderful.
Property clean with very helpful staff, fun activities for the kids, all twelve of us had a fantastic time.

Hated to leave, planning next stay
Where to begin? First of all - location, location, location! C200 was perfect for our family. Close enough to the pool but not so close that the noise was a bother. Secondly the condo had EVERYTHING we needed in the kitchen for the meals we cooked at home. We thought we had an issue with one of the burners on the stove but turns out the eye just needed to be plugged in. That shows me that they took them out to clean! Great job! Owner was very responsive when I called this in and called him back to let him know we fixed it. There was space enough for us all to spread out and have some alone time when needed. This was huge for us as we had several different families. My daughter loved sleeping on the top queen bed. She tried to sleep in the other king bed after part of our family left. She decided the top queen bunk was more her speed! The night before we left my husband looked at me and said to book us another night. Unfortunately the condo was already reserved. We are already planning our next stay in this exact condo. Thanks, David, for allowing us into your home away from home!

Amazing! We will be back!
I hate to give this place 5 stars because I don't want everyone else wanting it and I want it to always be available for us :) Exceeded our expectations! Check-in process was amazing. Just show up at 4pm and put in the door code and you are checked-in. You can park in the garage right outside your room so there is no hassle with luggage or groceries. Being on the ground floor was amazing as we could just leave our wet towels and suits outside to dry and we weren't having to wait on elevators which is nice with impatient toddlers. Everything was super clean and the kitchen was stocked with all the necessities for cooking (a few spices for burgers and steaks would've been nice but I know I can't have everything). It was so nice to have a washer and dryer so we could go home with clean clothes from vacation! My husband and I stayed here with our two boys (ages 2 and 5), my sister in law and her husband and two kids (almost 2 and 4). Waterscape is the perfect place for families with small children. So many options from the splash pad (watch out its slippery, or just wear shoes), zero entry pool (my 2 year olds fav place), lazy river (5 year olds fav), to the amazing beach! It was nice to have chairs and umbrellas at the beach but since our kids are small, we rarely used it because we were too busy hunting seashells or making sand castles. It would have been nice to have some sand toys instead of having to buy them and an ice chest would've been nice too but I'm not complaining :) 15 min drive from the airport, grocery store is close, Gulfarium and Pier are close and McGuire's and Boschamps are about an 8 minute drive! DO NOT go to AJ's oyster shanty across the street (terrible service and overpriced, not so great food). If there were 10 stars I would give this place 11! Thank you so much for providing such a great place to make memories! See you next year!
