Great Gulf view
This condo was just the right size for a couple to stay in. The view of the Gulf was great. We sat on the balcony and enjoyed watching the ocean. The condo had everything that we needed for the stay. We didn’t cook much, but had what was necessary. The condo was clean throughout. The pools were very nice. There are plenty of restaurants and activities nearby. Our only complaint was that the bed needs a new mattress. We were able to get good nights’ sleep though.

Great view and location. The door code didn’t work when we arrived at 4:10pm. Y’all helped change the code so we could enter. As far as cleanliness, the kitchen counter was gritty feeling and hair on the 2nd bathroom. We come to Waters Edge several times a year and will return this fall.

Wonderful Vacation!
We loved the property! Very clean, family friendly. The property manager was terrific. Everything went so smooth. The manager even left us donuts and a binder of all the sites and restaurant reviews. I would highly recommend and plan to go back!

Picture are worth a thousand words. What you see is what you get. We could have not been more pleased with our stay at condo #608. Owner communication was exactly what previous renters have stated. Unit clean and well equipped for anything you need. CAN HARDLY WAIT TILL NEXT TIME.

Beautiful condo and amazing views
We enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautiful and very nicely decorated. Thanks to COVID we enjoyed our nightly takeout on the balcony looking and listening to the ocean. So peaceful even with the hurricane moving in. Thanks again. Can’t wait to come back.

Perfect little escape
We LOVED this wonderful place!!! In fact, we loved it so much we requested to stay another night and they accommodated us. When we first walked in I could smell the freshness in the air. It was very clean and the decor was so cute!! We LOVED the welcome DONUTS!!! They were delicious!! The welcome notebook was quite helpful so we’d know the proper procedures staying here and checking out. It also led us to Rockin’ Tacos on our first night here! Wonderful food and service and atmosphere! We appreciated the lists in the notebook for restaurants, places to go, shopping and events! Just perfect for us! CareySue & Capt. Paul are great hosts! If you are hesitant...you won’t regret it here. We loved it so much that we’ve already been looking into coming back in the future in a bigger unit to include more family. Thank YOU CareySue and Paul!!🏖

Great small family get away
The owners were always quick to respond and worked with us for a late checkout. It was a great, clean, cozy unit! The property is one of our favorites! It was a great, short getaway. The boys were all able to work on school online, since they had all been moved to remote learning. We had awesome lunch breaks and afternoons on the beach! Perfect!🙂 ☀️ 🏖

Propert owner behavior was very rude
My daughter spilled the nail polish. After checkout maintenance person called me. We accepted that it was our mistake and ready to pay. She wanted to painted the whole wall, which does not make any sense. Property manager was very rude. There was no lock on the balcony door. We deny the maintenance because of COVID situation. They lied that the door lock was working. Carpet was filthy and the need to change the couch.

Oh my. Your daughter PAINTED the walls, baseboards, floor, bunk beds AND ruined linens with yellow/green nail polish. $300 worth of damage. You never gave us the courtesy to call or even mention the damage - you just left it?!?!?! Thank you for finally taking responsibility after you were called and presented with all the charges for the repairs.

Everything about our stay was "easy" - the booking, the check-in and out process, communication with CareySue and most importantly the condominium. The view was just gorgeous and the condo had everything we needed for 4 nights! Being on the top floor was nice since there was nobody stomping above our heads while trying to sleep. The welcome basket and donuts were much appreciated, also. We will definitely stay again as soon as we can!

The communication with CareySue was exceptional and the check in process couldn't be easier. The condo was clean, well organized and the starter supplies were perfect! The beach chairs and umbrella were definitely a perk! Our only complaint would be the uncomfortable mattress in the bedroom.

Thanks Michelle for staying with us :) When we spoke upon your arrival I believe the reason you stated it was "uncomfortable" was you wanted a king bed and you rented this unit (with the Queen). I know you booked it last minute and and you stated this was the only thing left available :( We have lots of units with king beds, so I hope you come back again soon!

Family weekend
Beautiful property for a family weekend. Loved having beach chairs and umbrella provided at the property. All we had to do was grab some sunscreen and walk onto the beach. Loved it!

The location right on the water is wonderful. The building is a little dated, but the unit itself was very pretty, clean, and well-appointed. The communications from the owners leading up to our stay were excellent, and they were very responsive when we had questions about checking in. We also very much appreciated the fresh donuts upon arrival! All in all, it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely come back again.

We had a great time. The condo was spacious, clean, and exactly what the pictures on VRBO showed. The parking garage was nice to have to keep the car out of the sun/rain. The property was incredible. Clean, well furnished and extremely comfortable. Awesome view!
Everything about our stay was great. My wife and I wanted a realizing vacation on the beach and we got it! Loved sitting on the deck in the mornings with coffee, walking on the beach to watch the sunrise and watching the dolphins swim by several days. Carrie Sue and Ben kept in contact before and during our trip to make sure everything was to our liking. We will definitely be going back here!

Excellent Labor Day weekend beach vacation!
Our family of 3 had a wonderful time at the condo! Location is great, just a very quick drive to restaurants and activities and of course, right on the beach. The top floor condo provides large windows that allow for awesome ocean views! Wonderful communication from the owners and we would definitely book here again if vacationing in the area...thanks!

Perfect location, friendly staff, relaxing weekend!
Beautiful views of the ocean! Large pool - beach chairs ready in the morning. Room is very clean, good restaurants near by. Everything went smoothly. Would go back again! I would recommend insurance for next time as the tropical storm caused us to leave a day early which did not qualify to get any money back on the night lost.

Wonderful - just as it looks in the Pictures.

Beautiful condo with the perfect view
Very clean and roomy for the 2 of us. However sleeps 6 and with plenty of space. We’re already thinking we will book again next year. Thanks and we look forward to booking with you again.
