Enttäuschender Aufenthalt Bewertung: Leider war mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel alles andere als angenehm. Das Einzelzimmer war extrem heiß und stickig, was mir jegliche Erholung erschwerte. Das Bett im Zimmer war so klein, dass es eher an ein Kinderbett erinnerte. Zusätzlich war das Zimmer im Altbaubereich absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Die Möglichkeit, auf ein anderes Zimmer umzubuchen und die zweite Nacht zu stornieren, wurde mir verweigert, was meine Unzufriedenheit nur verstärkte. Das Hotelpersonal zeigte keinerlei Interesse oder Bereitschaft, meine Anliegen zu lösen, und war in keinster Weise kulant. Es schien, als ob es niemanden im Hotel interessierte, wie unangenehm mein Aufenthalt war. Ich bin enttäuscht von dieser Erfahrung und kann das Hotel leider nicht empfehlen.

Schade, dass Sie vergessen haben zu erwähnen, dass Ihnen die Kollegin gerne ein anderes Zimmer angeboten hätte-wir aber keines mehr hatten, da wir ausgebucht waren. Eine Stornierung ist jederzeit möglich, wenn die vertraglichen Bedingungen eingehalten werden. Diese Entscheidung treffen Sie ganz alleine.Wir erfüllen unseren Gästen wenn möglich Zimmerwünsche oder Änderungen für Zimmerwechsel. Great hotel overall
Really nice hotel. Only issue was check in. The registration desk is supposed to be open until 2000 hours 10pm. The Hotels.com and their website say 10pm. The sign on the seat says 1830 6:30pm. We arrived at 1930 7:30pm and could not locate anyone to give us our room key. Finally we found a waiter at the restaurant and he gave us our room keys. Rooms were clean, breakfast was great and the staff at the restaurant were awesome. I would recommend this hotel but arrive early.

Das Zimmer war super, geräumig, gemütlich, sehr sauber. Diesbezüglich alles top. Der Pool und die Sauna / der Spabereich sind durch einen schönen Park in einem anderen Gebäude, einer Rehaklinik, das auch von den Rehagästen / Patienten genutzt wird. Das Essen war okay, nicht aussergewöhnlich gut.

We loved staying at this hotel. Everything about this hotel was perfect. The staff, the room, everything. The only thing I can say about staying here if you are not from Germany, you have to except that breakfast is different if you are from the United States. Our room was brand new. The only thing we can say about the hotel area, is if you are afraid of heights, the road to get to the hotel has very high mountains. We give this hotel 5 stars.

We booked a standard room via Orbitz not knowing there were different tiers. A standard room was in the old part of a hotel that has not had a renovation or modern touch - old furniture and drab feel. We immediately went to ask if there was a room with a view given that we were in the Black Forest. The reception said no. I returned to ask about our wifi not being activated and saw another reception staff, so I asked about another room with a view. She then let us know there was another part of the hotel and for 30 Euros/day, we can switch. We did and it was night and day. A view of the park, modern floors, furniture...everything - like going from a 2-star to a 4-star. I think they charged us 5 Euro to clean the room. There's no shampoo or conditioning. No international news shows in English on TV. No fridge. No coffee/tea maker. Otherwise, it was really nice. Reception was not very helpful with concierge-like questions. Restaurant food was sadly average.

Zimmer im Neubau sind modern und ansprechend eingerichtet. Ein Babybett passt ebenfalls in das Zimmer. Die Zimmer im Erdgeschoss verfügen über einen angenehmen Balkon.

Die Lage des Hotels unterhalb des Kienbergs ist ideal. Vor allem das Abendessen ist sehr lecker.

Hotel mit Restaurant auf sehr schöner Dachterasse
Service beim check in war sehr gut , sehr nett. Der Service im Gaststättenbereich nicht so gut. Die Servicekräfte sind noch in Kurzarbeit und unterbesetzt. Sie können es gar nicht bewältigen und wirken sehr gestresst. Zum Abend war eine große Gruppe, die Halbpension hatte, vor Ort und so waren sie sehr im Stress und mussten wirklich rennen, sie konnten es sonst nicht schaffen. Beim Frühstück war es aus besagtem Grund noch schlimmer. Die Hälfte wurde vergessen und die eine Kellnerin tat uns wirklich leid, so dass wir auf die Nachforderung verzichteten. Hier sollte dringend etwas geändert werden!!
