Stroll up the short ramp to the front door and discover Studio 54’s spectacular location! Watching the sunrise over the junction of three canals, framed by an ancient live oak, is a perfect start to your day. This quintessential beach cottage in friendly Brigand’s Bay has received a major update for 2021: completely new bathrooms; new kitchen appliances; new Kingsdown queen beds, new flooring and carpeting throughout, and many other enhancements. Comfortable furniture, new (in 2020) Smart TV, and a well-equipped kitchen make Studio 54 perfect for couples, a small family, or a fishing party. The dock can welcome a 24-foot boat, plus three short steps down to the canal make launching your canoe or kayak easy. The deck has a loveseat swing perfect for romantic moments. Just minutes by boat to the sound and a quick ride to the best beaches, Studio 54 helps make your vacation great!

Things to know:
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check-in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.

Please note: Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility. Additional details around this facility will be shared in your check-in email and during the check-in process. The club is typically open Mid-May to Mid-October, depending on weather.

Water view from deck
Spent a lot of time on the wonderful deck that also had a handicap ramp! This made it really easy on my feet and for rolling the suitcases into the house! Very relaxing! Close to Hatteras area and the ferry to Ocracoke!

Beautiful, serene, cozy but spacious
My father and I absolutely loved our stay here! We normally go with larger groups in larger homes ocean side, but circumstances this year led to us giving this home a try. The back yard is gorgeous with a beautiful old live oak and a great deck for enjoying the calm sounds of the little sound side inlet it sits on. Inside is just as enjoyable. In some ways it has a cozy cabin feel, in other ways the comforts of home. It was very clean and well kept and decorated. Appliances were brand new and all worked perfectly. Furniture and beds were very, very comfortable and enjoyable! For those that still love going to the beach, it’s only a few miles drive down to Frisco for a beach access. Not bad at all! Truly, we did not want to leave. What an awesome experience and home. If you’re thinking about trying something different, rent this home and enjoy.

Perfect Choice!
Studio 54 is by far my favorite home that we have rented on Hatteras Island. The location is very convenient and the community where it is located is very peaceful. View of the water from the deck is so relaxing! The kitchen had everything we could possibly need to prepare meals and the home was super clean. Pride of ownership is incredibly apparent here! This truly felt like a home away from home rather than a vacation rental. Highly recommend!

week at Frisco
I wondered why there were no photos of the 2 bathrooms. Toliets were very low and the paper holder was even lower. Bedrooms were nice. Kitchen very clean. Had to call about the swing that broke the first time we put it up. The air-conditioning was not working, had to call about that. The outside lock was working for 5 days then had to call about that. It was our last full day in the area and we had to wait several hours for someone to come and replace the whole lock. We were given a small refund for all these incidences. Really loved the dock, and the house. Hope the next renters have better luck.
