“Room was nasty smelt had to kill roaches bathroom looks like it had a leak above the tub the water wouldn’t go down no WiFi check in the guy was cool . Washer sucked dryer sucked . Room smelt faunky”

“Came out with bed bug bites, room smelled like cigarettes, he asked if I wanted a non smoking room. I could just imagine how the smoking room smelled. False advertisement. Please save your self a headache and pay a little more for something else”

“First let me say I love that my service was welcomed with no issues. But the room that I was given was not the best, light fixture in restroom was messed up the toilet seat was not bolted down, the chair in the room looked like my uncle sat in it everyday for the past 50 years I was scared to sit in it because it looked like I would fall through if I did. The room like it had been renovated but not finished.Next room was being renovated so we heard the banging on the walls early in the morning....

“Room had broken phone. broken bathroom door, no ice bucket and stained sheets, certain areas of hallway smelled of urine and feces, and unhelpful hard to communicate with staff.”
