We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aeria Hotel from the early check-in, elevator, clean, beautiful, spacious, air conditioned room with WiFi and terrace to the amazing views and wonderful staff like Samuel at reception. We went the Preferred Club route…Room smelled like MOLD, A/C wouldn’t cool to our comfort level, no jacuzzi on patio instead it’s a bathtub with jets big enough for two very small people. Was told they had Crown Royal when in fact they don’t, food was meh, Fire show was VERY DEMONIC & many got up to leave because it was so obvious. Restaurants aren’t open every night. They completely botched our friend’s wedding. We were bribed with a $600 massage package to go “tour their newest...

“Pleasantly surprised. This looks like a small motel, but is an apartment complex that rents out a few units. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedroom a separate from the kitchen dining room. Just a few blocks from the beach… and a great beach club. For a low budget trip, this place was just great. The staff did not speak any english but google translate helped to facilitate good communication. ”
