“Our stay at SOTA was nothing short of amazing. The drive to the retreat was not too out of reach, and made sense, as we were in the jungle of Puerto Morelos. We arrived a little later than expected, but greeted upon arrival at the gate by the staff. We were helped with our luggage to our stay, and we were stunned at every step! In our unit, there were fresh fruits waiting for us on the table. Our room was surrounded by glass looking out into the jungle, and every room had access to opening...

“Nothing went well.. it's a great idea not well developed. The place is on the beachfront, and thats amazing. On the other hand, the place has been not very well maintained. Low rating because of several problems we had due to scarcity of maintenance amd misconduct on how to present the facility.”

“The resort is very nice, our concierge Alex when the extra mile to help us!! The only disappointing experience were the extremely limited amount is staff to handle the Kids Club, if the kids were outside for activities, nobody stay at the club to receive any other child! I never found anyone at the club in order to register my son for any of the club’s activities!!”

“Pleasantly surprised. This looks like a small motel, but is an apartment complex that rents out a few units. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedroom a separate from the kitchen dining room. Just a few blocks from the beach… and a great beach club. For a low budget trip, this place was just great. The staff did not speak any english but google translate helped to facilitate good communication. ”
