Servizio assistenza, parcheggio e reception assolutamente impeccabili. Le stanze sono un po' piccole e, almeno nella mia, la doccia usciva direttamente in stanza. Tutto un po' claustrofobico ma nel complesso andava bene per fermarsi durante dei trasferimenti. Nei dintorni potete trovare tutto quello di cui avete bisogno, ristoranti, bar, supermercati.

Nice cheap hotel with free parking close to the city centre if you walk about 1 km. Less distance to the Shields Road subway station. Area around the hotel is rather ‘tired’ but there is a Tesco express close by.

Accused and harrased by staff at the breakfast bar. Forced to produce a reciept to confirm i had paid for my breakfast the day before £8.50 for 2 rounds of toast an glass of orange juice yeah harrased because they couldnt find the payment on their system. I felt completely humiliated having to prove my payment in front of a packed breakfast room.. staff where absolutely a disgrace to the hotel

The property was easy to find with plenty of free parking. Room was small, but adequate for our needs. Room was clean and tidy but painted a rather ghastly green colour. The lifts were not working which was annoying and would have been quite dangerous if we had had small children with us.

Room was freezing, climate control unit made little difference even on full fan at 30 degrees. Staff provided a plug-in heater which helped a little. Water from the sink tap was also freezing cold despite running it for ages. Thankfully we got hot water from the shower. Beds were comfy enough and reception staff friendly and welcoming. Handy location for a gig at the Hydro but wouldn't necessarily rush back.

The entire experience, from checking in to checking out, was very simple and pleasant. Although the room and facilities are very basic they are also very clean and all that was needed.

Think of a budget hotel, then it’s even worse than that! Rooms were tiny, strange arrangements with shower and toilet…smallest tv, no cups/glasses etc in room. Breakfast wasn’t great, saw a few people going to Greggs and eating that instead. Location is good but unfortunately that’s about it.

Staff were very lovely and welcoming. Stay was just fine - you get what you pay for. It’s easily accessible from Glasgow Central and does its job of housing you for the night.

The only issue was getting up to use the restroom in the middle of the night, walking back to bed in the dark I ended up smacking my face against the top bunk and bloodied my nose. Would advise to turn on the lights if you get up, dong do what I did.

Room was comfortably and clean. Breakfast was fine although no option of a cooked breakfast. Parking was very good with plenty of spaces. Shower door opens directly on to the room with a frosted glass door - ok for a couple but not ideal when sharing with a teenage daughter.

Room was very small, and the sink and shower were in the bedroom (only the toilet was separate), but it was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The room was very warm, but we were easily able to turn the heating down. Free parking and late check-in were other pluses. Overall great value for a post-event stopover.

The staff were all fantastic. Friendly, helpful and apologetic. The room setup looked completely as expected in a budget hotel but unfortunately there was obvious dried skin on top of the duvet, some chocolate-like stains on the cover and bathroom wall. The first issue was the heating. The air circulator doesn't have warm air come out of it so it's an unheated room in Scottish January. The reception quickly gave us a small heater but we couldn't have it on all night because there was a strong burning smell after a few hours. We had our bags near the window which got soaked due to heavy rainfall. The water was coming in a bit throught the window but the worst of the water came from behind the skirting. There is security and on that night police presence at the hotel but I wouldnt recommend the hotel for women on their own. I was worried about someone following me into the lift after a film at the Odeon across the road. There were a few men hanging around the dark entrance of the hotel and obviously don't intend to be intimating but it felt unsafe. The hotel was very quick to fully refund.

Comfortable room and friendly service
I had a really pleasant stay. The room was compact but ok size for one person, clean and well planned with bathroom facilities on one side. The carpark and bar with snack at the reception were very convenient. I didn't realise the heating had to turned on so the night was a bit chilly. Overall it was good value for money and perfectly fine for a short stay. The staff were very friendly too.

We didn’t even stay the night as the guests in the room next door were partying and smoking, I had my 2 kids with me and we got moved rooms however we could still hear the party at 10:30pm the staff didn’t want to go and break it up so we decided to go home. Not a family friendly hotel
