I was pleasantly surprised to find this to be a new hotel! We were in town for an event with over 24,000 people and were treated so amazingly nice by all staff and other patrons! Nice, clean, and a great location! Thank you!

We attended a music fest thatvwas 2 miles away. I called thevprpertu hefore arrival. Asked ifvthere wasca shuttle, was told no, but it was walkable. If you have ever been on a dark country road eith deep ditches on each side of the road. It was not walkable! Also, yesterday we werw stick in a broken elevator. Staff was not proactive. The Bathroom was extremely dirty and even after asking the front desk to get someone to clean it. She actually went to clean it but it was still dirty. She was in a rush being the only front desk person. She was trying to be helpful but it’s hard if she is the only one doing everything. There was loud music playing during the night. Dirty sheets with stains on the bed also.

The room in which I stayed was absolutely filthy and gross. The bathroom toilet seat had urine on it, the shower had soap scum and hair, the tiles were dirty and hadn't even been swept. There was a used condom on my bedroom floor and black mold on the ceiling above the air conditioning unit.

Enjoyed!
Enjoyed my stay. The area was high traffic but the outlet mall is across the street. However, it wasn't extremely bad. Quiet area surprisingly even with the traffic. The hotel was clean and nice. The room was nice and comfy. The pool was down until our last day but the front desk made arrangements to suite our needs. I would definitely stay again.

Weekend Getaway
It was a pleasant experience from check-in to check-out. Our room was nice and clean, and the staff was very helpful and courteous. My only complaint I have is the water pressure was low, but that wasn't a major issue. We loved the location, there were plenty of places close by to eat and the Tanger Outlet shopping center was right across the street. We really enjoyed our stay and we're planning to come back again.

This would have been a great stay in a newer hotel, except the first room we were checked into was dirty. After 17 hours in the car, tried to shower and the fixture sprayed water out of the top of the seal besides the actual head. Asked for a different room and was provided a suite. Ok, cool, much cleaner, on 3rd floor. Our 3rd night there we got locked out of our room because the clerk who moved us our first night never updated room information, so they thought I had checked out and the previous guest in the suite was overstaying their welcome. After almost 30 minutes we got that straightened out so I could get my kids to bed. Spoke with the manager when I checked out, said she would reach out to Travelocity about some kind of compensation and I still have not received a call from her and it's been a whole day, she said it would be a few hours at least.

Good but maintenance needed
The room was large & clean. But the bathroom sink didn’t drain well and had a nasty smell coming from the partially clogged drain. They did offer to move us but no parking available close to the other room so opted to stay in original room. The smell was only when it was used, so not too bad.

Everything was very good except for the water pressure in the shower and the faucets. Very hard to take a shower with very little water pressure. Glad I didn't need to wash my hair as I would have never been able to get it clean. We asked the desk what the problem was and they said it was the whole hotel that had the water pressure issue.

Little hiccup but excellent stay overall
The stay was good. I reserved a single bed king but for some reason it wasnt clean at 5:30 pm so they changed it to a double queen size room with a kitchenette. It was a little too much for just me but I appreciated the upgrade. Parking was directly in front of my window. Great overall stay. Will definitely be back.
