“Picked the day before mistakenly but they could not change it to the correct date being it was within their 24 hour policy even though they had us as a no show.”

L'abbiamo utilizzata come base di una notte, dopo aver pernottato a New Orleans, per visitare le piantagioni della Louisiana (merita soprattuttola Evergree Plantation, ma meglio prenotare in anticipo perchè la visita si effettua in piccoli gruppi soltanto cinque volte al giorno).”

“Hotel was very clean, updated, and well-kept. I arrived very late in the evening so I had little contact with the staff and zero experience with the amenities. The room was spacious and smelled very nice. The achilles heel of the experience was the bed. Though seemingly newer, this bed was noisy and extremely uncomfortable. The mattress felt hard and lumpy. It was thin and resting high on solid black metal frame with squeaky springs. The sheets felt like they were made out of a combination of...

“the property was modern and up to date - I reserved a Suite and I wish the TV was in the area where the sofa is instead where the bed are... but over all it was okay. What I didn't care for was the breakfast. They had a pancake machine but no mix to use to make pancakes. Maybe Holiday Inn could get some real eggs, our sausage was dried out on the first morning. Get more options for breakfast. The staff was amazing. The pool was clean.”

“Hotel property looks terrible Deposit is $150 like it’s not like it’s a resort area I just argued with the front desk lady SAMANTHA very rude and ignorant who Iknocked on my door threatening to call the police just because we were 30 minutes late for checkout and informed me that she had plenty dealings with the police which was irrelevant to me I will never stay at another COMFORT SUITES AGAIN and I travel the world!!!!”
