“Clean room”

“It's always clean and neat when visiting Lauberge in Baton Rouge, La. Plenty of self parking in the garage or lot. Or you can valet for free. Only thing I miss when I visit is having a minifridge in my room. But the positives far outweigh a minifridge. ”

“Room a/c made so much noise we had to turn it all the way off. No washcloths in bathroom.”

“The first week was fine, when the second week charges were paid they ran my card twice. Although the second charge dropped off after 3or 4 days it tied up my available balance and was very inconvenient. I spoke to a manager who was supposed to send an email saying the second pre authorization was in error but she never did. The third week we changed hotel. The staff is very nice and friendly but the rooms had problems we asked to get fixed but it never happened. ”

“Motel posizionato tra Donaldosnville e il Sunshine Bridge sul Mississippi. La zona circostante è industriale, ma la struttura vale davvero la pena ed è in posizione strategica. L'abbiamo utilizzata come base di una notte, dopo aver pernottato a New Orleans, per visitare le piantagioni della Louisiana (merita soprattuttola Evergree Plantation, ma meglio prenotare in anticipo perchè la visita si effettua in piccoli gruppi soltanto cinque volte al giorno).”

“We reported a noise disturbance at 1:00am to front desk several times and nothing was done. The staff asked us to investigate which room the screaming was coming from and didn't come to the floor to investigate at all. Staff did not clean the room, replace towels, or provide extra toilet tissue. Told us to come downstairs to get it from the desk instead of bringing it to the room. We made online complaint. Poor customer service.”

“The entire hotel reeked of weed. From the lobby, up the elevator and into our no smoking room. Room was not clean. Stains and hair on the bedside lampshade. Carpet did not appear cleaned in years. There were objects under the carpet. Not small objects either. The AC didn’t cool effectively and room was sticky humid. The water did get very hot and the water pressure was excellent. So not a total loss, but not worth more than one star. Would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone. ”

“Rented 2 rooms. One room the shower head flew off and hit my guest on the head as it had a broken flange. Shoddy Sheetrock work. My room had very poor Sheetrock work in bathroom. Also my guest asked for a blanket and was told a firm NO. Also no coffee at 7 am. Very squeaky beds. Around 1 am the room above us sounded like it was being renovated. Lot of foot banging and drops and door slamming. Lasted about an hour or so. ”
