“Motel posizionato tra Donaldosnville e il Sunshine Bridge sul Mississippi. La zona circostante è industriale, ma la struttura vale davvero la pena ed è in posizione strategica. L'abbiamo utilizzata come base di una notte, dopo aver pernottato a New Orleans, per visitare le piantagioni della Louisiana (merita soprattuttola Evergree Plantation, ma meglio prenotare in anticipo perchè la visita si effettua in piccoli gruppi soltanto cinque volte al giorno).”

“The room smelled awful. The bed was comfortable, the service was great... but the room smelled so bad. I covered the drains but that didn't help. It got so bad in the middle of the night that I had to sleep with a mask on.”

“Hotel was very clean, updated, and well-kept. I arrived very late in the evening so I had little contact with the staff and zero experience with the amenities. The room was spacious and smelled very nice. The achilles heel of the experience was the bed. Though seemingly newer, this bed was noisy and extremely uncomfortable. The mattress felt hard and lumpy. It was thin and resting high on solid black metal frame with squeaky springs. The sheets felt like they were made out of a combination of...

“The room was pretty clean and staff were good. Very good variety for the free breakfast. Not much around the area but there are a few restaurants in walking distance. You will need transportation, whether car, taxi, Uber or Lyft from the hotel to the Bourbon Street, Canal and French Quarters area and it's about a 20min ride. There is a free airport shuttle to and from hotel.”

“This is a lovely plantation if you are looking for a real experience. We loved it and will come back again. The stay was comfortable and the meals were great. It’s feels very down home not five star but an authentic experience.”
