Hotel a Springfield

“This room had mold and a cockroach. Had not been cleaned there was mold around the front entrance. I have 4 pictures showing the issue. We want a refund. ”

“Love to park outside my room. Perfectly clean and quiet. Ice machine and laundry around the corner from our room. Woke to the birds singing in the trees which line the back of the facility. LOVED THIS PLACE! Would stay again anytime!”

“The smoke alarm kept going off. They moved me to a different room after it went off 5 times. The different room was 2 doors down and the smoke alarm kept going off. Also, the tv had auto shutoff after you finally found channels aside from the green screen. The AC sounded like a 747 taking off every time it started up. This hotel needs some work.”

“The room had mildew on the lamps, and in the bathroom, the phones didn’t work, television wasn’t operating correctly, toilet didn’t flush and bad odor when you walk into the room”

“Lady’s in the front desk are amazing, nice and sweet. Very kind to any questions or concerns. Breakfast is normal and very good lightning in the parking lot. I felt safe and it’s right by the freeway. ”
