Hotel a Springfield

“This room had mold and a cockroach. Had not been cleaned there was mold around the front entrance. I have 4 pictures showing the issue. We want a refund. ”

“Room was great. Relatively new hotel. However, it was quite possibly the worst breakfast buffet I’ve ever experienced. Ever. Biscuits were dead cold and hard as a brick. Sausage was cold and appeared raw. Eggs were cold. Like, cold cold. Waffle stand was a mess. Skipped altogether on morning two. Next to a Waffle House and McDonalds and 7Brew thank God. ”

“This was the most disgusting facility I’ve ever stayed in. There was pieces of weave and eyelashes on the floor. The floor was so dirty and greasy that it left imprints of your shoe after stepping on it. The whole thing was sticky. ”

“Very clean rooms, and nice staff members. The only thing I didn't like was the empty body shampoo when I was taking a shower the first night, which of course was replaced with a new one the next morning. ”

Staff was very nice !! There were just a few things that could use attention. The old, worn‑out chair really needs to be replaced, and the tub mat looked like it hadn’t been updated in a while. “Room and employees were wonderful. Disappointed in buffet breakfast which was quickly emptied by sports team and not replenished at 915 with 45 minutes to go. Manager was very helpful to buffet attendant who was clearly overwhelmed by full dining area but I went to work without breakfast. ”
