Hotel a Folsom

“Apparently some rooms are better than others. We have previously stayed here and we're satisfied. This time not so much. The a/c could not keep up and barely blew cold. The floor was not that clean and a bit rough. Also, had an issue with leaving a personal item(pricey pillow needed for husband's back) there which I went back for just a few hours later. The staff did try calling the cleaning people but noone could seem to locate it. I called back a couple times to see if it got turned in with no...

“The room was clean But there were roaches crawling on the lamp. Alive gnats all in the bathroom and on the towels. Shower water was good and hot”

“Very nice entry area. The halls and our room had a musty odor. The sheets did not fit the mattreses properly. So, they kept slipping off upon entering and exiting the bed”

“Not the hotel’s staff fault but power went out to portions of hotel. Had no lights in bathroom and they ran out of breakfast. Hotel was clean and pool was good and enjoyable. Hotel should make concessions to refund partial fees when accommodation can’t deliver what is advertised.”

Cereal, oat meal, grits all from packets. Bananas and apples, yogart. I noticed several apples were turning bad in bowl. The front desk staff were really good and very helpful! ...

“Bed so cozy…..beautiful windows with old wavy glass. Right on a Main Street. Antique shops and restaurants walking distance. Can see the lake from the front yard a block away. I have stayed with these awesome people many times and will do so many more times. Lovely huge front porch under the oak trees with porch swings and sofas….. I’m an introvert……..peace and quiet in my room….if I feel social I just step outside and take a walk to the lake and watch the sun set from a bench under the oak...
