“Good location for doing business in Slidell or over at Stennis. The area around to hotel is starting to decay. There is a very large abandoned mall across the streets. All the close restaurants are mediocre at best. But the hotel itself is clean and updated.”

“Far from great but not the worst.... inexpensive.... i guess you get what you pay for.... it was quiet, peaceful, shower was great.... they must have recently sprayed for bugs bc dead bugs all over the floor. Can't say i would recommend to anyone.... but my 19yo son and myself laughed about it and said it was absolutely cleaner than camping and we just needed somewhere to rest and shower..... not a vacation.”

“The hotel was dated but clean and quiet and reasonably priced. A good selection of fast food restaurants and Walmart nearby. Staff was always courteous and helpful. The only issue we weren't happy with was the bed. It was very, very hard and we both were in pain during the nights and stiff and sore each morning. Overall, a good deal for the money. The bed was our only negative experience.”

“The outside looks great and I assume had a fairly recent renovation. Thats where the positives end. When looking for a hotel, I want 3 main things - easy access, a clean room/fresh linens, and ample towels. 1. The elevator was broken. Not a huge deal until the second elevator also started to act up. At first the remote/tv in the bedroom would not work. Eventually figured out it was unplugged. Total waste of time because then the streaming continued to buffer/didn't work so the tv was pointless....

“It is right in a perfect place for the cultural food and traditional houses. The LaLou across the street has amazing breakfasts. Our place is was so clean and cozy. We hope to stay there again soon.”
