“clean, good staff, breakfast, convenient location”

“Great location. Need professional staff and convenience breakfast look like it is for homeless people . Their was no fruits, Danish or water. The juice tasted old and the bread look old. I love staying in the comfort inn but thus I did not feel safe at. In the room we had no tea bags or makeup remove pads. I paid for one night one hundred and sixteen dollars and the hotel look like motel 8. We had to go to the Waffle house because The breakfast that was served We was afraid to eat it. In...

“The milk for breakfast was spoiled every morning. Need a bigger selection of options. More protein. Eggs hard to peel. Our first room smelled like soured mop head. Had to change the sheets ourselves bc of the smell. The toilet DID not work properly. ”

“The Microtel Inn in Ponchatoula, LA, said that Expedia never paid them for my stay May 18th-19th due to a "glitch" and claimed to cancel my reservation then tried to get me to pay them directly, but it didn't show up in Expedia and somehow was modified to the 17th which I didn't book. So, it still charged me so I had to dispute it with bank. Nasty outside propery, sketchy clerks. Awful service and I don't think they were telling the truth at all, I think they were trying to get me to pay twice...
