“Not the hotel’s staff fault but power went out to portions of hotel. Had no lights in bathroom and they ran out of breakfast. Hotel was clean and pool was good and enjoyable. Hotel should make concessions to refund partial fees when accommodation can’t deliver what is advertised.”

“This had to be the worst check ever at a hotel. I booked through Expedia and PAID through Expedia I arrived at the hotel a little after 11 PM. The door was locked I could not get in. There was a sign that said pick up the phone and let them know you’re here, but there is no phone. The phone had been removed from the wall I knocked on the door trying to get the staffs attention. “No problems at all with the room. Checking in and out directions are not clear. The phone number provided is not the number we had to call. We realized this after stopping at the club house and asking around. If they weren't open, we would have never known how to check in because you have to talk to someone for the key. Other than that, everything was perfect.”
