Hotel sulla spiaggia a Hammond

“Apparently some rooms are better than others. We have previously stayed here and we're satisfied. This time not so much. The a/c could not keep up and barely blew cold. The floor was not that clean and a bit rough. Also, had an issue with leaving a personal item(pricey pillow needed for husband's back) there which I went back for just a few hours later. “Friendly staff and a great breakfast selection. Kitchen and food were clean.”

“Not the hotel’s staff fault but power went out to portions of hotel. Had no lights in bathroom and they ran out of breakfast. Hotel was clean and pool was good and enjoyable. Hotel should make concessions to refund partial fees when accommodation can’t deliver what is advertised.”
