“The place was clean and all the employees was very polite and courteous”

“The service and staff are truly subpar. The rooms are a bit run down, I suppose from the barrage of casnio goers but at these prices and based on website research, I expected a higher standard and resort feel. The cleanliness theoughout was also an issue. The sheets are torn and were dirty and stained. Went through several towels too before I found one without large stains. The state of the rooms and surfaces not clean also gave me the ick feeling. I am familiar with the Landry's brand...

“As described, it was clean and cozy. Right next to the beach, would prefer more towels in the bathroom. We wound up having to go buy more.”

“Staff at check in were not welcoming. Did not ask about our visit or if we had any questions. Pool area is quite small. Went to sports bar and it was fine but could have been cleaner. Smell of smoke in lobby even though casino area is somewhat enclosed.”

“Alla reception sono abbastanza scortesi. Inoltre ho chiesto di fare il check out la sera prima visto che partivamo all3 04:00 e ci hanno detto che non c’era problema. Invece al mattino ci dicono che non possono e che addebitano più tardi. Peccato che invece delle 67€ come fa vostra fattura hanno trattenuto 141€! ”

“We enjoyed our stay at Loews Hotel. The staff were extremely attentive, the valet and check in staff. The hotel is beautiful and super clean. Our room was cleaned daily.”
