“Room and employees were wonderful. Disappointed in buffet breakfast which was quickly emptied by sports team and not replenished at 915 with 45 minutes to go. Manager was very helpful to buffet attendant who was clearly overwhelmed by full dining area but I went to work without breakfast. ”

L'abbiamo utilizzata come base di una notte, dopo aver pernottato a New Orleans, per visitare le piantagioni della Louisiana (merita soprattuttola Evergree Plantation, ma meglio prenotare in anticipo perchè la visita si effettua in piccoli gruppi soltanto cinque volte al giorno).”

“The room was dirty they did not clean it properly my 1 year old was able to pull a condom from under the bed left by the previous occupants and when I mentioned something to the Front desk staff they refused to do anything and said it’s not there responsibility to clean the room I should have checked under the bed and made sure the room was clean…asked to speak to the manager the employee proceeded to lie and say he was the manager and when I asked again he stated the manager wasn’t on the...

“Check in lady was nice, no phone number for front desk, no tv remote, cigarette burns in sheets. Clean but burned. Floor could have been cleaner. People smoking pot outside was frustrating. ”

“The first week was fine, when the second week charges were paid they ran my card twice. Although the second charge dropped off after 3or 4 days it tied up my available balance and was very inconvenient. I spoke to a manager who was supposed to send an email saying the second pre authorization was in error but she never did. The third week we changed hotel. The staff is very nice and friendly but the rooms had problems we asked to get fixed but it never happened. ”
