Hotel a Franklin

“We loved staying there. They even had an actual comforter on the bed, not a thin blanket! Definitely going to stay there again!”

“The hotel accused us over the phone saying that someone called and report weed smells in the hallway, when i went and spoke with the front desk and asked her to check the room before i left so that i could get deposit back she stated “i already confirmed it wasnt you all” and continued to talk about how she wasn’t accusing us with 2 kids of smoking in the rooms. Then proceeded to check us out and confirmed that i would get my deposit when i asked multiple times to go check the room before i left...

“Nice, new propert. Quiet, clean rooms. Breakfast had a good selection. ”

“The pool was rusty needed a paint job and so did the jacuzzi. The building need to be in a better condition.”

“Good room for the money. Breakfast is a joke. Pool is destroyed and in bad shape. Room was clean. Blackout curtains were great. AC unit cooled fine. I would stay here again”

“The property is dated, however the new owners appear to be sinking a lot of time, money, and effort into the property and renovations. Once done, I'm sure it will be a great place to stay. Kudos to the welcoming and helpful staff! On a side note, Expedia staff is terrible. Customer service at Expedia is the least helpful of about any company I have ever dealt with. Both myself and hotel management had a terrible time trying to communicate with them when there was a system glitch at...

“I has a nest of 30 roaches in my room. It was crazy it's cheap because it's terrible I have video and photo evidence. Never got a refund”

“Albergo sporchissimo, abbiamo dovuto pulire noi il pavimento della stanza con teli bagno, tornati neri (vedere le foto). Climatizzatore molto rumoroso, ascensore fermo per guasto, niente wifi, personale che comincia i lavori alle 5 del mattino... esperienza terribile. ”

“Wasn’t bad, just old and out dated. Room smelled slightly, but it wasn’t a big deal. Guy in the front was helpful, when checking in. Can’t complain about the price.”
