Viele Stufen zum App. Für ältere Menschen mit Koffern schwierig. Der Fahrstuhl geht nur bis zum 3
Stockwerk dann 37 Stufen zu Fuß. Ansonsten alles top! Ein traumhafter Ausblick auf das Meer. Die Vermieter sehr entgegenkommend .

Schönes gepflegtes Apartment mit reizvollem Blick
Sehr freundliche Begrüßung und Einweisung. Sehr zuverlässige Kommunikation. Gepflegtes Apartment über der Bucht von Playa de la Cura in der Apartmentanlagen Monsenor mit zahlreichen gleichförmigen Apartments. Sehr schöne große Terrasse mit Blick auf Meer,Strand, Apartmentanlagen und Berge. Das Apartment ist komplett ausgestattet . Wir haben nichts vermißt. Sehr gutes w-lan ( warum ist das in Deutschland oft so schwierig?). Wer unbedingt in den warmen Süden von Gran Canaria will , findet hier ein schönes Quartier mit sonniger Terrasse ( bis ca 16.00). Wie fast alle Orte im Süden besteht der Ort nur aus monotonen Apartmentanlagen . In der Mitte ein kleines Geschäftszentrum mit Spar- Supermarkt und mehreren Restaurants, die nach unserer Erfahrung nicht so empfehlenswerte lieblose ,geschmacklose Touristenküche abliefern. ( Nur das Bier ist überall gut gekühlt und günstig! ) Am Besten erschien da noch das Restaurant in der Anlage Monsenor. Sonst sollte man mit dem Auto fahren, und woanders versuchen ein besseres Restaurant zu finden. Der Weg zum Strand ist 500 m- der Rückweg ist dann mit dem Anstieg zur Anlage Monsenor verbunden. Die Verkehrsanbindung mit Bussen ist sehr gut - empfehlenswert ist ein Miet- PKW mit dem man das wunderschöne und attraktive Hinterland von Gran Canaria erreicht und die Betonburgen der Südküste verlassen kann.

Einfach grandios
Wir haben in der Ferienwohnung von Toni und Yana im August 2019 2 tolle Wochen Urlaub verbracht! In der Wohnung inkl. Küche war alles vorhanden und tadellos intakt (Küche mit allem was man braucht und Waschmaschine im neuen Bad), was man sich so wünscht. Wohngefühl und Komfort deshalb 5 Sterne. Die Betten waren bequem und die Anlage sehr ruhig. Mit 4 Personen (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) war ausreichend Platz in der Wohnung. Wir haben die tolle große Terrasse mit Meerblick und Blick in die Bucht auf die beiden Sandstrände und auch die Berge sehr genossen. 5 Sterne Die Ferienwohnung ist in der Mitte der Anlage und auch mit viel Gepäck durch die Aufzüge problemlos zu erreichen. Ein weiteres Plus der Wohnung ist ein gut sortierter Spar Supermarkt, der ab 30€ Einkauf kostenlos in die Ferienwohnung liefert (zusätzlich zum Minimarkt in der Anlage) und ein paar Restaurants und eine Apotheke zwischen Strand und Ferienwohnung/Anlage. Die Skybar von Elmar direkt in der Anlage am obersten Pool ist wunderbar und sehr zu empfehlen! Der Ort ist auch ein guter Start für nah gelegene Ausflugsziele, wo man auch ein paar mehr Geschäfte zum shoppen oder für Souvenirs findet. Infrastruktur und Reiseziele deshalb auch 5 Sterne Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Toni und Yana sind freundlich und zuvorkommend wie man sich Vermieter einer Ferienwohnung nur wünschen kann. Sehr gerne wieder.

Super Anlage, Super Wohnung !
Die Wohnung von Antonio und Yana ist einfach schön! Alles, wie beschrieben. Wir waren zu viert da und es war etwas zu eng, aber trotzdem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Zwei Wochen lang haben wir den schönsten Blick auf der Terrasse genossen! Die Bar im erten Geschoss ist sehr empfehlenswert! Sehr lecker! Besonders das Grillen jeden Sonntag ab 14 Uhr! Danke nochmal an die nettesten Vermieter Yana Toni und denkleinen Mateo!

Nettes kleines und vor allem sehr ruhig gelegenes Appartement, das mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt benötigt. Leider konnten wir die Vermieter nicht persönlich kennenlernen, der Empfang und die Einweisung waren dennoch sehr herzlich. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Ruhiges Örtchen, großartige Vermieter, tolles Apartment
Alles exakt wie beschrieben, Toni und Yana (Vermieter) sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Manolo kümmert sich vor Ort großartig und Fabiola ist eine Perle. WLAN einwandfrei. Für eine Ferienwohnung ist der Service insgesamt außergewöhnlich. Das Apartment war für mich als Alleinreisende perfekt und die Anlage ist insgesamt eher durch die Eigentümer bzw Langzeitmieter geprägt: ruhig, entspannt, gepflegt. Ich habe mich in den 5 Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt und komme im nächsten Jahr wieder - erneut für 5 Wochen. Liebe Yana, Fabiola und lieber Toni, Manolo: Danke für die tolle Zeit bei Euch! Ich werde es die nächsten 10 Monate sehr vermissen :-).

En mycket fin lägenhet med underbar utsikt. Väldigt trevligt lägenhetsområde, där många äger sin lägenhet eller hyr på långtid. Stort plus för poolområdet och bar/restaurangen högst upp. Allt med bokning osv. gick väldigt smidigt! Längtar definitivt tillbaka!

schönen Blick, ruhige Nachbarschaft, Aber..
ein Stern für den schönen Blick auf die Bucht und ein Stern für die ruhige Nachbarschaft. Der Gegend ist nicht von Touristen überlaufen. In der Nähe gibt es Supermarkt und diverse Restaurants. Den Strand erreicht man in 10 Min. zu Fuß. Jetzt kommt das Aber: Ich empfehle jedem, ein schriftliches Übergabeprotokoll bei der Ankunft und Abreise zu fertigen. Der Vermieter achtet sehr genau auf etwaige Unstimmigkeiten. Außerdem sollte man am letzten Tag am besten die Wohnung wirklich gründlich reinigen. Denn die Endreinigung, die man selber bezahlt, ist für mich eher eine Endkontrolle. Während unseres Aufenthalts ist ein Teil der Badzimmertür kaputt gegangen. Obwohl ich sofort geschrieben habe, dass ich für den Schaden aufkommen werde, war der Ton von dem Vermieter sehr rau. Wörter wie "Strafanzeige usw." sind dann schnell gefallen. Erst nachdem ich den Vermieter an freundliche Kommunikation erinnerte, war der Ton wieder normal. Vor allem Familien mit Kleinkinder sollen sich gut überlegen, ob ihr das Ganze in euren Ferien im Griff bekommt. Übrigens, der Aufzug geht nur bis 3. Etage. Bis zur Haustür sindes noch ein paar steile Treppenstufen. one star for the beautiful view of the bay and one star for the quiet neighborhood. The area is not overrun by tourists. Nearby there are supermarket and various restaurants. The beach can be reached in 10 minutes by foot. Now the reason why only 2 stars: I wourld recommend everyone to make a written handover protocol on arrival and departure. The landlord pays extremly close attention to any discrepancies. In addition, you should really clean the apartment on the last day really thoroughly. Because the final cleaning, which you pay yourself, is rather a final inspection for me. During our stay, a part of the bathroom door got broken. Although I immediately wrote that I will pay for the damage, the landlord's tone was very rough. Words like "criminal complaint, etc." were then used very soon. Only after I remind the landlord of respectful communication was the ton normal again. Especially families with small kids should think twice, wether you get the whole thing under control during your holidays. By the way, the elevator only goes up to the 3rd floor. There are still a few steep stairs left to the front door.

Liebe zukünftige Feriengäste, falls Sie vorhaben wie dieser Mieter: - unser Inventar zu beschädigen und den Schaden NICHT zu melden - feuchte Handtücher in den Schränken zu lagern - Speisereste und Geschirr unter dem Bett vergammeln zu lassen - ihre Kinder Fernbedienungen, Elektrogeräte, Spiegel, Fenster bemalen zu lassen und diese Bemalungen nicht zu entfernen - den Duschvorhang samt Stange abzunehmen und auf der Terrasse verschmutzen zu lassen etc. etc., dann sollten Sie unsere Wohnung besser nicht buchen! Für alle anderen vernünftigen Gäste (und diese hatten wir bisher ausnahmslos) stellen wir weiterhin gerne unsere schöne gepflegte Wohnung zur Verfügung. Ein Schaden kann immer passieren, doch dann ist es nur fair und nötig diesen zu melden, damit wir eine Chance zur Reparatur haben für unsere künftigen Gäste. Wir geben uns sehr viel Mühe bei der Ausstattung und stellen ihnen saubere und hochwertige Materialen zur Verfügung. Respekt vor fremden Eigentum setzen wir selbstverständlich voraus und freuen uns wenn Sie entspannt und erholt den Urlaub bei uns genießen! Sonnige Grüße, Yana & Toni Dear future holiday guests, if you are planning like this renter: - to damage our inventory and NOT to report the damage - to store wet towels in the cupboards - to let food leftovers and dishes under the bed to rot - have your children paint remote controls, electrical appliances, mirrors, windows and not to remove these paintings - remove the shower curtain including rod and let it soiling on the terrace etc. etc., then you should not book our apartment please! For all other reasonable guests (and we had them without exception) we continue to provide our beautiful well-kept apartment. A damage can always happen, but then it is only fair and necessary to report it, so we have a chance to repair it for our future guests. We put a lot of effort into the equipment and provide them with clean and high-quality materials. Urlaub wie wir ihn uns vorgestellt haben
Uns gefiel das Apartment für unseren Familienurlaub ausgezeichnet. Alles was wir benötigten war da - prima Ausstattung und gepflegt. Eine Überraschung für unsere Kinder waren das bereits vorhandene Sand- und Wasserspielzeug. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern Yana, Toni & Manolo war prima und wir konnten alle Fragen im Vorfeld abstimmen, so dass einem ungetrübten Urlaubsbeginn nichts im Wege stand. A very enjoyable stay
We chose this apartment because it had the sun on the balcony from breakfast until about 2.30 meaning we could have breakfast and lunch, if we wantd to, on the balcony. It had a dishwasher, washing machine and was fully equipped with everything one needed. We did not need to buy any cleaning materials which we've experienced in other apartments. There was a hill to climb but was not too daunting and didn't spoil our stay.

Very quiet apartment
The apartment was very good, clean, comfortable beds, excellent outside space with two sun beds. Couple of slight snags, no kettle, which we were informed had broken, and so had to boil water in a pan for a fortnight, television reception was dreadful, we had to watch on the I pad as whatever box was installed kept freezing and no syncing with the sound. However the internet connection in the apartment was good, non- existent by the pool. The apartments generally were in need of refurbishment, the heated pool was not heated for instance ( one if the main reasons for booking). However the saving grace was the excellent restaurant, best in resort by some way, and the bakery selling fresh rolls etc every morning. The resort itself was quiet with only 1 bar and 4/5 eatery’s which were, in our opinion, average. The buses were plentiful in both directions and there was a lovely walk to amadores beach and right along to Puerto Rico . All in all, not a resort or apartment for those who aren’t fit and able, steep hill up from the good spar supermarket for instance. Would recommend the pick up offered by the owners as that was well organised and takes you straight to the door.

Especially for our english speaking guests we installed the android TV box with 36 UK Channels. It surprised us to read that it didn`t worked with you and you not asked for help during your stay to watch the tv. We are always glad to support our guests via mail, phone or personally. Anyway we will write a new instruction for the next guests how to use it because it works like a Smart TV and we understand that not everyone has experience in those things. We are very sorry that you have not had a working kettle. It was broken by a guest before and now we bought a new one in higher quality. Monseñor has 7 swimming pools but only the upper one is heated. In the winter days it need up to 2 hours to heat it well. All in all we understand that it was not all perfect with your stay and would like to offer you to stay one night for free in your next holidays (if you will book more than seven nights) to show you that we are always working hard to offer a good guest experience. Stay in Playa del Cura in the Monsenor apartments. Stayed in Yana and Toni's apartment, which was really enjoyable had all your requirements you needed, and his parents were really helpful transporting us to and from the airport. Views were beautiful with the sun until 3pm. There was not really much to do in Playa del Cura, but the bus service was very good. Unfortunatlely, the hills and the steps were really for the ulta fit, and not for my husband and I, we found it quite difficult . Maybe for younger folk. Thank you again to Toni for all of his help, and wish him the very best.

Sehr schönes Appartement
Wir waren vom 25.9 - 02.10.17 da und wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Appartment war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Klimaanlage war echt genial, und eigentlich unverzichtbar. Der Balkon ist für uns das Herzstück gewesen. Schön groß, und es waren zwei Liegen sowie Tisch und vier Stühle vorhanden. Der Ausblick war einzigartig und wir konnten sogar das Meer hören. Es war ein sehr schöner und entspannter Urlaub. Wir bedanken uns für den sehr netten Kontakt per mail mit Yana undToni, und den sehr herzlichen Empfang durch Manolo, wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Ganz liebe Grüße Petra und Heike

Sehr hübsch und ruhig gelegen.
Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir persönlich begrüsst und man schenkte uns Wein und Früchte zum Urlaubsbeginn. Herzlichen Dank. Die Wohnung ist ideal für 2 Personen, unser Leben fand - waren wir dann mal zuhause - hauptsächlich auf der Terrasse statt. Diese bietet eine herrliche Aussicht. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet, hat alles, was man für einen sorgenfreien Aufenthalt benötigt. Zu erwähnen ist das Ceran-Kochfeld. Im Bad hat es sogar eine Waschmaschine, die benutzt werden darf. Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Preis-/Leisutnsverhältnis. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Utsikt solforhold terrasse utstyr
Leiligheten hadde stor terrasse med veldig bra utsikt over Playa del Cura og over til Playa de Amadores. Den var og utstyrt med utsveivbar markise og velutstyrt med sitte og liggestoler. Innedørs var det nok utstyr på kjøkken til å lage både frokost og middag.Håndklær og sengetøy var og et stort pluss og det var og vaskemaskin på baderom. Aircondition var ikke installert i denne leiligheten og det var savnet i de varmeste dagene. Kollektivtransport og drosjer var lett tilgjengelig. Vi kan anbefale dette stedet Gro and Geir

The perfect apartment for a perfect stay

sehr erholsam!
Wir hatten eine sehr erholsame Woche in dieser geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Das Wetter war fantastisch und wir konnten auch noch abends die großzügige Terrasse mit dem herrlichen Meerblick genießen! Die morgendlichen Schwimmrunden im Pool oben haben wir auch sehr genossen. Wenn es dann irgendwann noch neue Bettgestelle geben würde und schönere Liegenauflagen, wäre der Zustand perfekt ;-) Der Ort Playa de Cura hat u.E. nicht so viel zu bieten (ist daher aber auch recht ruhig). Wir sind desöfteren nach Arguineguin. Ein schöner Fischerort mit netten, günstigen leckeren Restaurants.

Well furnished apartment with plenty of amenities in quiet resort
Yana and Toni are the most solicitous hosts we have had since we started coming to the Canary Islands six years ago. From the greeting given by his father and providing us storage when we arrived early to the regular contact throughout our four weeks to ensure we were enjoying our stay, they could not have been more helpful. The terrace enjoyed sun from sunrise through to around 3.30 in the afternoon at this time of the year. You can extend your sunbathing by going up to the top pool until about 5pm and then enjoy a cold beer, wine or cocktails in the lovely quirky bar adjacent to the pool and the tennis court. The apartment is perfect for a retired couple like us with a washing machine, and all the essential equipment for self catering. In addition previous guests have left beach equipment, towels, dvds and other bits of equipment that came in useful during the holiday. The TV is exclusively Spanish and German so any English visitors will need to use, as we did, the fast individual 4g wifi newly installed by Toni, that allowed us to stream English TV using a VPN. The general wifi is slow and unsuitable for streaming. The other facilities onsite include a tapas bar and a restaurant both of which are very reasonable. There is a Spar supermarket nearby which is very reasonably priced. The road down to it is fairly steep so not suitable for people with mobility problems and the apartment complex is also very steep but very well served by lifts. The resort of Playa de Cura has a small beach and basically two restaurants, a bar and the Spar. However the nearby Playa de Mogan is delightful with loads of restaurants and shops and the adjacent Playa de Amadores has lovely golden sand but can get quite crowded. A word of warning on car hire. Parking around the resorts (particularly Mogan) can be very difficult. The taxis are abundant and not expensive while the bus service is excellent, cheap and regular. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment as excellent value for money with terrific hosts.

This apartment is bijou but comfortable with a great outdoor space
The apartment is small but comfortable and has everything you need for a short stay in the area. The walk up the hill to the complex and the stairs to the apartment mean you'd need to be able bodied with reasonable fitness. The balcony is a good size and in December was in full sun from morning until mid afternoon. There isn't a lot going in the resort but it's ideally suited for Playa del Ingles and the quieter but quainter Puerto Morgan. Public transport available to both from the bottom of the hill.

About Puerto de Mogan: for us it also the most beautiful place on Gran Canaria, but keep in mind that you pay there for apartments, parking and restaurants the double than in Playa del Cura. Great View
We spent 9 nights at this apartment which has great views looking out over the bay. It's located at the top of a fairly steep hill which becomes easier as the week goes on. The apartment was clean with a decent kitchen area. The site/ complex has good amenities and the star of the show is the onsite restaurant which offers great food at a good price. The balcony receives the sun until about 3:00pm. Make use of the owners offer of a transfer certainly on the way out as the hill is steep when pulling luggage. His father is the driver, a very nice man, he took us back for a €25 charge. The place was quiet and within easy reach of Amadores and Puerto Rico on foot and Puerto Mogan by bus. An ideal winter break, good communication with the owners.

Very nice, clean apartment with huge balcony with beautiful views.
The Monsenor apartments are at the top of a steep hill, but this is fairly typical of many properties on Gran Canaria. It is situated in a great position to visit other resorts, with a reliable bus service close by. The swimming pool on the roof is fabulous with lovely views and a poolside bar providing drinks and snacks. The complex is quiet and suited us very well with rules requesting no parties or loud music after 10pm. The beds in the apartment were really comfortable and there were plenty of spare pillows and spare blankets, also condiments etc provided as well as some toiletries and sun cream which were probably very kindly left by previous visitors. All in all a lovely relaxing holiday on a beautiful island. Thank you Yani and Antonio.

Gemütlich und erholsam
Die Ferienwohnung hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung und einen traumhaften Meerblick. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen individuellen Urlaub braucht. Auch Strandutensilien wie z.B. einen Sonnenschirm haben wir vorgefunden. Die Lage ist perfekt, um mit dem Mietwagen die Insel zu erkunden und der nächste Strand ist in Sichtweite. Durch die Bauweise am Hang bietet die Wohnung viel Privatsphäre bei toller Aussicht.
